What I know so far...

Oneness - change - starts with each individual person waking up to a few universal truths that have nothing to do with religion and everything to do with what feels good, what feeds our joy and creativity, and gives us an abundance of energy and enthusiasm to give to others. Not one of us is responsible for trying to convince others of our truth or reality, rather we all have to just be our highest expression of our level of consciousness - whatever that is - and know that the best will follow.

How do we do this?  By becoming responsible for ourselves, our thoughts, and our actions, we will have made one great leap toward the future of our children and the future of humanity as spiritual beings on a human journey. We have the greatest opportunity ever in the history of the earth to be the best version of a human being we can be. We need to be excited about this. We need to fall in love with life again.  We need to be awestruck!

We are spiritual beings on a human journey. Before we stepped down into this physical body, we planned out the point in time that we would begin to awaken to who and what we are. The womb of our mother was the tunnel of forgetting, and we knew the challenge of remembering would be tough. The biggest risk we took was never remembering. We were never disconnected from our source of light, however the connection was stretched very long and thin to reach this part of the universe in density. Our challenge is to strengthen this connection and to remember and act as who we truly know ourselves to be. Its OK to fake it til you make it. Hold the vibe and you'll become the vibe.

We never die - we just change our focus.  When it is time to disconnect from our physical body, and our soulspark rises up and out of the human physical body, we take the experience of our lifetime with us, but our focus is changed to a slightly different level of vibration. We still exist as the person we were in human form as well as the many people we have been before. Every lifetime builds experience and wisdom. The only currency that spends in eternity is love. That is true wealth - how much you have given love. Given. You take that with you. That's all.

Everything is energy vibrating at a certain frequency. All things on earth have consciousness, even bugs and rocks and trees. Everything and everyone is connected to a “tree of life” or an infinite energy source. We can connect to the consciousness of trees and rocks and can tune in to their particular vibrational frequencies and learn. Our bodies are 90% water and can be programmed and molded to a certain vibrational frequency via thoughts, sound, color, and love. When we understand vibration, we can understand how love can cure any disease in the body, mind or emotions by changing the water vibration.

Our thoughts create our reality. All thoughts are energy which manifest into what we see as reality. Being aware of your thoughts is one of the first steps in responsible co-creation of your reality. It is a simple concept but takes awareness and work.  ( Again, its OK to fake it til you make it. Hold the vibe and you'll become the vibe.) If every person on earth changed their thoughts towards peace and freedom there would be no suffering. Focusing on negative thoughts will create a lower vibrational frequency and focusing on positive thoughts can raise the vibrational frequency. Our reality is a manifestation of what we create through thought patterns. You are responsible. You.

We are the ones we have been waiting for. We volunteered to be here at this time. We are prepared. Most of us incarnated here before many times, in order to prepare for this current lifetime. Don't worry, be happy. It's the greatest gift you can give to humanity. I'll say it again - be happy.

We are never alone. Trust that truth. Our brothers, sisters, and grand elders exist in another vibrational level (or dimension) a bit higher than our current mass consciousness. But they are always with us and are waiting patiently for us to ask for help, as we live on a free will planet. They abide by laws of interference because of our free will, but if we ask with our highest and best interest they do have creative ways of manifesting what you ask for. Most guidance comes from within - through a process of telepathy where you get an idea in your head. Messages can also come from other people- those who can tap into that vibrational level in order to hear what they have to say. Dreams are important. Live well and you can trust sychronicity, too.

Time is an illusion. Ascension does not involve going anywhere. It is a state of being, a focus of awareness and consciousness into a higher vibrational frequency in the now. It is what we were created for - to “go forth and experience”, and return the experiences back to Source in an infinite loop of co-creation and mastery. The main reward of incarnating in the depths of “hell” at this time is rising like the phoenix from the ashes into the bliss and light of love. This is achieved by being love itself. Yes, it's really that simple.

Love is all there is. Finding and reconnecting to love again is the most important thing we can do as humans. Source is unconditional love, and we are soulsparks of source - which means we are also love. Therefore we are that we seek. Loving ourselves unconditionally is the key to returning to source, to creating Heaven on Earth.

Moving into the Photon Belt, we have the greatest opportunity ever in the history of the Earth to be the best version of a human being we can be. It is simply up to us as to how we create the future of humanity existing on the little rock we call Earth. You are what you think you are.  Think happy thoughts!

A Prayer for the New Year

Our lives are made of days and nights, of seasons and years. We are part of a universe of suns and moons and planets. Humanity marks ends and we make beginnings in hope that by taking a pause in the current of time - within a moment of silence or suspended breath - we may see through illusion and glimpse the path forward to live as the expressions of infinite love, grace and light that we indeed - deep down - know ourselves to be.

We pray. We visit our wild places, sacred spaces, make offerings to our ancestors, we call to all Gods and Goddesses, our Star Bretheren, and tinker with geometry, gravity and atoms - rousing from slumber. Rubbing our eyes, and stretching.

Perhaps 2014 might truly be a new dawn for all mankind, and the universe itself - which today ripples in the reverberations of our collective stirring. We are waking up.

In the new dawn, numbered 2014 by agreement and 55 by me, for me, in this round  - I pray we let the illusion of our separateness die.  I pray our next collective breath marks the end to our shared madness - and sadness.  I pray that our days and nights, and seasons and years come alive with the celebration of our knowing our sacred place among suns and moons and planets.

Let us mark this end and make this beginning:  Within this pause in the illusion of time - within this moment of silence - in this suspended breath: Let us boldly step into the current of our own purposes and live as the expressions of infinite love, grace and light that we are.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:

where there is hatred, let me sow love;

where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.

Grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
