Letting in the Light

I was recently engaged in an open conversation where my viewpoint and expression of it was deemed worthy of censure. My viewpoint was shared by many like-minded individuals in the group. But I was singled out for silence.

My voice might have resonated with more conviction, perhaps I spoke more eloquently than the others, I don't know. But what I do know is that I was speaking my truth, from my heart, without fear, for the highest good, and in the bright light of my life's purpose as a teacher/healer.

Censorship is defined as the “suppression of ideas and information that certain persons... find objectionable or dangerous.” It is applied by those vested with an agenda and with the authority to decide what is objectionable and dangerous in a given venue. Of course, the thinking person immediately asks the question, “who are we really protecting via the suppression of ideas?" How can a lack of information and abundance of one-sided information actually assist anyone in mastering an understanding of their choices, behaviors, and their impact in the world?

Repression of speech has historically been a reliable tool in squelching dissent. But today, the cosmic energetic patterns in the Universe which are anchoring on Earth support only light – including the protection of the freedom of expression of that light. Any idea, endeavor, or system which excludes transparency and seeks to manipulate information through fear-based action will not, and simply cannot exist in these patterns.

"Light makes the dark afraid."

I was just a young woman when a Master told me this was the real issue here on Earth. I couldn't grasp it for many years... why would anyone be afraid of light? But experience is a great teacher.

Over the years I have learned to see all darkness (including cruelty, manipulation, arrogance, irresponsible behavior) as an opportunity for me to shine my light in creative, energetic ways should I be called to do so. Because I have the support of a huge global family that is awakening to this energy at this time, I find myself in many opportunities to be of service. Believe me, I don't usually consciously choose to find myself in these situations. I prefer a peaceful, uncomplicated life. Most times I just get plopped into them. It's not always pleasant, but there are always brighter possibilities vying for manifestation and I usually see them.

In visualizing and listening to the possibilities, I can choose to take the position that the projected fear is a beautiful opportunity for understanding. I can choose to lend my voice to light. It matters not if I am passively ignored, applauded, exhaulted, or violently attacked. I'm simply anchoring a creative energy seeking expression through me. Do with it what you will. It's your life, your journey. Your choice, your lesson. I'm just a channel, one of many.

My spirit is having a rich human experience that includes integrating light and dark. It includes sadness, disappointment, and the need for great patience. But it also includes the magic of finding the beauty in the darkness! Humans in general try to avoid sadness, difficulties, and dark energies. But as an artist and observer, I can appreciate that most of the beauty I see comes from the shadows hitting light in a certain way. Finding the beauty in the darkness is the perfect metaphor to dissolving the need for duality as a learning tool.

So Light one, if you find yourself in an opportunity to BE light, remember that we have placed ourselves in key positions all over the world to be "there" at the right time with the right energy. The time is right and NOW to look at any darkness for all the beauty that it holds. Look at those restrictions, those negativities, the frustrations, and see them as opportunities to anchor light.

We are here as spirits to integrate a base of experience and that includes light and dark, failure and success, trial and error, courage, and love. But remember, those are only labels that you and I place upon our journeys as we move forward. The parts of this life you will remember eternally are how you found beauty in the darkness, and how you found your part in the world, and how you shared with others. That is the piece I came to do, you came to do, and I tell you now is the time.

Never be afraid to speak up if you find yourself in the spotlight. Bless the darkness for the opportunity. Experience, think, feel, and express yourself from the place of truth. The universe does not define truth as objectionable, dramatic or dangerous.

May you be blessed!

Integrating a base of experience, thoughtful trial, error, and courage!

I was recently engaged in an open conversation where my viewpoint and expression of it was dismissed, dissected, and finally deemed worthy of censure. Shopping for a bathing suit, and loving unconditionally in the presence of dolphin consciousness

Later this month I will travel the Bimini Road and offer healings through the Divine Dolphin Energy that I have come to know as the Infinite Goddess Ansa Eeeya. As many of you know, this body of work holds a special place in my heart and I know that these sessions will be an amazing time of growth and awakening for us all! But first, today, I must shop for a new bathing suit.

Perhaps the only species that compares with humans in intelligence, dolphins also possess an innate gentleness and a mysterious power to trigger the healing process in humans while renewing our inherent belief in the beauty and the ecstasy of being alive. There is something about being in the presence of dolphins that not only brings out the best in you, it is known to have healing qualities to relieve chronic pain, restore movement, cure autism, disease and, in a few cases, even cancer.

There is evidence that dolphins trigger the healing process in humans by boosting the production of T-cells and endorphins. After patient and dolphin interactions, scientists have measured a far greater harmony between the left and right sides of the brain. Dolphins produce an intense amount of echolocation energy, which resonates in the bones, such as the skull and the sternum, and then travels up the spine.

Many therapists believe that a dolphin's sonar causes a phenomenon called cavitation inside the soft body tissue of the human body. It precipitates a ripping apart of the molecules. So, if sonar does that with cellular membranes, it could completely change the bio-molecular structure. Many hospitals already use low frequency sound waves to break up kidney stones and gall stones. The physics of that treatment protocol are not different from a dolphin's sonar.

Science apart, there is a deeper meaning to dolphin therapy. Dolphins can do this "procedure" multi-dimensionaly, and from the vantage point of pure love. I believe that dolphins are a higher life form, who are helping lead humanity towards a better future. Dolphins have no prehensile extremities, so their intelligence has never gone in the manipulation of their environment. Their thoughts have developed inward. I suspect that whales and dolphins quite naturally go in the directions we call spiritual—in that they get into meditative states quite easily where they are able to access All That Is for creative healing. Plutarch, the Greek moralist and biographer, said: "To the dolphin alone, beyond all other, nature has granted what the best philosophers seek: friendship for no advantage."

When you encounter a wild dolphin in open waters, something breaks open the conditioned seals of your heart. Dolphins make you feel accepted as you are, with unconditional love, and are able to lead us to a profound inner peace that reaches out to embrace the universe. In scientific terms, this is biophillia, the transformative power that links you to nature, and recent research suggests that dolphins could be the most powerful carriers of this emotion.

Dolphins assist us in seeing our lives as they are from within the 3rd through the 7th dimensions. As we open and allow ourselves to connect to the higher planes, we find there is less judgment and critical thought, simply acceptance. So, I will try to hold this awareness today as I gaze into the dressing room mirror... and accept that this year I probably should purchase a one-piece suit with a lycra spandex panel strategicaly designed to hold in what threatens to spill out.

Acceptance is what Goddess Ansa Eeeya embodies, radiates, and holds in our world. She is a space of loving acceptance. She teaches us that all is an illusion, and the illusions represent our potentials. Therefore, if we simply tap into a different potential and make that our reality, it is. We are urged to see ourselves as we are in the 3rd dimension and also as we are in the 7th. That is creativity! We are creativity!

The Mother Goddess Dolphins, Ansa Eeeya are here to remind us of ways in which we can live in joy, excitement, and love. The Goddess speaks of the way in which we are blending into one, the slowly sagging physical, with the divine mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves. As these are blended, there will cease to be a separation which in turn will bring each individual greater contentment, joy, balance and love within our lives.

And that begins with an acceptance, a deep acceptance that we already ARE love, joy, and swimming in oceans of abundance, even if we are swimming in a tank suit this year!

I have a few spots open for Remote Dolphin Healings in the sunrise swim sessions and sun salutations, which include a group meditation and a grid construction on the sandbar with the wild dolphins in attendance. Dates TBA. Private healings are sold out this year, but if you would like to participate in the group grid healings, you may purchase on Bonanzle via the New Vision Lightworker Etheric Grid Attunement listing or contact me for more information at suberry@myfairpoint.net. Treat yourself to a remarkable experience that you will cherish forever!

Bathing in Blessings, Peaceful in Power

In this Sunday morning series, "Bathing in Blessings," I will teach you how to make wonderful elixirs that combine energies from minerals, herbs, and essential oils that you can use to add light to your lifestyle, and to aid you and your family in the process of ascension.

For basic directions on how to make and use synergistic elixirs, please refer to the blog archives (right) and read the blog posted on Sunday, December 28, 2008, "Bathing in Blessings Lesson One: Forgiveness."

Today we're going to create an elixir which stablizes and integrates issues around power, our right to it, and our ability to forgive its misuse in the past. One aspect of learning, growing and ascending that is important is moving from being the victim to taking responsibility for the choices you make. Unfortunately, we've been conditioned to associate responsibility with fault or blame. But owning your choices is very different from trying to avoid blame. It's a position of power. It's "response-ability," the ability to respond to whatever occurs in your life. If you have responsibility for your choices, you also have the power to change them. If you give away your power by blaming someone else or the circumstances, you're back in the victim role, and power-less!

Amber is the result of the formation of a mineral from melting trees! Amber stimulates the ability to stand in one's truth in all that one does without the need to manipulate, control or subordinate others. Amber also assists in the repair of the emotional body in ascension. I like to immerse Amber directly in the carrier oil when preparing formulations in which it is used.

Sandalwood is a lovely, fragrant essential oil, and combines woodsy and spicy scents. It's energetic signature provides movement within the field that allows authentic power to emerge. Sandalwood also helps to retrieve your power and forgive your ancestors for their loss of power over time. Sandalwood is also a very grounding scent, and is especially effective in re-connect with the Earth Mother energies of healing and wisdom. One of the oldest incense materials, Sandalwood has been in use for at least 4,000 years. Do use a good quality, organic sandalwood essential oil. Ot is expensive, but well worth the investment.

Ginger assists in increasing the metabolism, digestion and cellular restructuring. Ascension requires that crystalline cells continue to consume more and more sugar as the entire form moves up in vibration. Ginger will trigger the cells to consume more so that one's biology may hold more light. Place a piece of crystalized ginger in gemstone and essential oil blend to boost the vibration. Ginger is also good tonic herb that can be easily added to your diet as tea, and in capsule form in addition to using it in recipies.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” - Marianne Williamson

We must be the change we want in the world.

This profound statement by Mahatma Gandhi is meant to inspire all people to act responsibly, consciously, and from a place of peace . In this, the season of love and light, I share these words of unification as inspiration that you, and I, might indeed be the change we are waiting for. Namaste, Susan

The Declaration of a Global Ethic
Originally from the 1993 Parliament of the World's Religions, September 4th, 1993, in Chicago, IL.

We Declare:

We are interdependent. Each of us depends on the well-being of the whole, and so we have respect for the community of living beings, for people, animals, and plants, and for the preservation of Earth, the air, water and soil.

We take individual responsibility for all we do. All our decisions, actions, and failures to act have consequences.

We must treat others as we wish others to treat us. We make a commitment to respect life and dignity, individuality and diversity, so that every person is treated humanely, without exception. We must have patience and acceptance. We must be able to forgive, learning from the past but never allowing ourselves to be enslaved by memories of hate. Opening our hearts to one another, we must sink our narrow differences for the cause of world community, practicing a culture of solidarity and relatedness.

We consider humankind a family. We must strive to be kind and generous. We must not live for ourselves alone, but should also serve others, never forgetting the children, the aged, the poor, the suffering, the disabled, the refugees and the lonely. No person should ever be considered or treated as a second-class citizen, or be exploited in any way whatsoever. There should be equal partnership between men and women. We must not commit any kind of sexual immorality. We must put behind us all forms of domination or abuse.

We commit ourselves to a culture of non-violence, respect, justice, and peace. We shall not oppress, injure, torture, or kill other human beings, forsaking violence as a means of settling differences.

We must strive for a just social and economic order, in which everyone has an equal chance to reach full potential as a human being. We must speak and act truthfully and with compassion, dealing fairly with all, and avoiding prejudice and hatred. We must not steal. We must move beyond the dominance of greed for power, prestige, money, and consumption to make a just and peaceful world.

Earth cannot be changed for the better unless the consciousness of individuals is changed first. We pledge to increase our awareness by disciplining our minds, by meditation, by prayer, or by positive thinking. Without risk and a readiness to sacrifice there can be no fundamental change in our situation. Therefore we commit ourselves to this global ethic, to understanding one another, and to socially beneficial, peace-fostering, and nature-friendly ways of life.
