Healing is much like peeling an onion, the journey is layered and may produce tears

Tears of laughter and tears of joy!

I have often used this metaphor in my workshops: that our life is very much like an onion, and our true self, our core, may only be revealed after all of the outer layers have been peeled away.

When we peel away the layers of our conditioned beliefs, of our ideas and influences, and all the protective coverings that we imagine make us feel safe, we get to the heart of our "issues" and discover our own personal (and profound) truths, our own deep knowing...  and awakening to the nature of reality, we find that within our heartspace we are perfect. Perfect. Just as we are.

Healing, forgiving, releasing, and reflecting are symbolized by peeling away the layers to get to the core/seed of our experience here, the place where we are clear and all is understood. Yet it is not the final awakening on our journeys. For even as we feel that we have reached our final truth, we know that we must peel the final layer away.

And there we stand in our center, in the void. The mind is quiet.  And there is pure joy in the arrival.
And we learn to love who we are, right now, just as we are.

As I said, I have done this meditation in many of my workshops and I think its a good one to start the process of cleansing in 2011. I call it "Peeling the Onion" for obvious reasons! It is a very effective contemplative technique that helps to develop a heart of wisdom and compassion. I know that cultivating an awakened heart cannot help but lead to an expanded perception of the world and a knowing of all beings as manifestations of the Divine.

Set an onion before you.

Close your eyes.

Take 3 long slow deep breath
inhaling through your nose
holding the breath as is comfortable
then exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Now, take the onion and slowly peel away the first layer.

Symbolically, What did that layer represent? How was it formed? Who did it serve? Who did it hurt?
What have you learned? Now, let it go.

Continue to peel the layers away one by one.

Find the truth about your physical self, your soul's mission here, the universe and reality.

Now in running water, wash away the layers, and tears, as you let them go...

Breathe and say thank you.

Without an awakened heart – your illuminated spirit – to guide you, your mind will attempt to create its own reality, and you have only to look at the condition of the world to see the effects of this: people searching to get what they want, people struggling to protect what they have, people striving to protect privileges in life or to gain these privileges or to take them away from others, even people’s desires for justice. All these things have created immense suffering, not only for the individuals involved but for the entire world. Layer upon layer of mental confusion.

As you peel back the layers, and live from the heart, you become one less person that is judging, criticizing and condemning the world. You become one less person who is only here to consume for their own benefit. You become one less person who is demanding that others believe what they believe, and conform to what they determine what is right and rightful. Here you become a peacemaker because you are at peace, not because you have a new "idea" about what peace is and how it can be achieved.

When you finally give up the hopeless pursuit of fulfilling your mind's desires, and trying to make them work for you, well... you will feel stripped to the core.  And really what is happening is your are opening yourself to the presence of your heart as your beacon. Only it knows how to guide and protect you. Only your open heart knows how you will be able to navigate the changes that are coming, and the difficult times ahead.

Do not judge others then. For if you are honest with yourself, you will see how long it has taken for you to even come to the beginning of this journey. Understand that everyone is either trying to justify their beliefs or they are coming to an understanding of the ways of the heart. And there are so many steps in between these two very different understandings and ways of life, and people are stumbling along the pathway as best they can.

You just need to follow the way that your heart will take you. And it will take you there without all your outdated ideas even if you can't think of the new, better way. You are becoming inner directed rather than simply controlled and manipulated by the immensely powerful forces in the mental environment around you. And it's OK to say, "I don't know, I'm just going to follow my heart."

You have an opportunity to be a witness to love growing and emerging and expressing itself through your life. And this indeed will be the miracle that will renew to you your fundamental relationship with yourself, with others, with the world, and with the God/Goddess of your understanding.

This is the Gift of Love and it is waiting to express itself through you.

Simply BE Love: Little Grandmother Kiesha Speaks on 2012

During her workshop in Zurich early November 2010 Little Grandmother Kiesha Crowther spoke about 2012, the expected pole shift, and how we should prepare ourselves. The video above is a very simple and perfect description of the process which is currently underway.

I believe that the best gift you can give to yourself is to learn to practice the Microcosmic Orbit  meditation and/or receive an Earth Star Soul Star Attunement, both which will greatly assist you in processing the higher energies available on Earth and which will continue to increase.

The Microcosmic Orbit Meditation is the classic Taoist Meditation method for refining, raising, and circulating internal energy via the 'orbit' formed by the 'Governing Channel' from perineum up to head and the Conception Channel from head back down to perineum. Activating the Microcosmic Orbit is a key step that leads to more advanced practices including the activation of the Lightbody.

The Earth Star Soul Star Activation  is restorative healing which opens the Stellar Gateway, and Soul Star and Causal chakras. When open and activated these portals allow a very high frequency light to enter our etheric field. I intuit the Stellar Gateway to function as a spiritual barometer which measures the intensity of light our field can comfortably hold. The Soul Star is the filter through which the light is measured and flows. The Soul Star also facilitates access to the akashic records. The Causal chakra is the center that opens to accept the light that the upper two chakras deliver, and it assists in higher activations of the crown, brow and throat chakras. This opening will enhance clarity in your psychic and telepathic communication. 

The Earth Star is the anchoring point to the miraculous life force energy of our planet Earth. It connects us to elemental energies, and anchors and aligns all of our chakras from the Root chakra to the first transpersonal point. This anchoring is what allows the Spirit to connect with both the Earth and Universal energies.

Spinning your wheels? Lightworkers your lightbodies are processing!

I recently taught a workshop in which participants worked through some of the challenges which naturally occur as the physical body and the lightbody become one unified field. Although this group of energetically powerful beings generally posess auras filled with white light and their chakras whirl along in the correct “spin ratios” to produce that white light, and while they are more than ready, willing and able to create miracles of the heart, they have a problem:

Their Lightbodies have been activated.

And it feels bad, not good.

It is in this transitional phase that many adepts find themselves in now after decades of study and meditation, as their Lightbodies are being re-wired and activated. And although the higher self allows the transformation at a pace with which a person can cope safely, it does not always prevent the person from suffering the side effects of electrical imbalances.

And the one side effect most reported and most uncomfortable is this: nothing at all.

It can be frustrating to reach this place of full calibration because  there is a pause – a moment in time and space when nothing seems to happen for a very long time. This is a void, the womb-like space in which you integrate all the new aspects of self and birth your new persona or energy as a being of light. 

Great patience is required as our inner vibrations increase and the outer vibrations seem to slow down. Many people experience this as feeling exhausted, drained, and uninspired even as they are spinning that white light.

My own experience with this increased “spin” is that it is absolutely essential that you be able to stay grounded and hold your chakra system in balance. Otherwise, you will experience the power surges and drops that may leave you unable or unwilling to function "normally" in the daily arena of your life. This means disciplined habits which includes good nutrition, excercise, creating/building/doing, and and spending as much time as possible in the natural world. Ground with Hematite, bathe in Bokek and Himilayan salts. Connect with animals. Plant a garden. Raise a child.

If you are ungrounded, when the power increases you are likely to lose your “connection” with material reality and become focused into the higher dimensions. When this happened to many of us in the 90's we had a most wonderful time journeying higher and higher, until we realized that if we did not “ground” soon, we would be leaving the planet. And when we did that grounding work, we soon reached higher states of awareness and accessed energies which were previously unavailable. And so we spiral around again. Again?

Yes. We learned it was essential that we ground our energy into the material plane to hold the balance for the higher chakras and worked and focused on the root, sacral and solar plexus energies. And we must do that again. There is that tendency in the Lightworker community to focus on the spirit and ignore the human aspect of what we are actually accomplishing – the creation the the new Earth called Heaven...

This means that each of us awakening to self actualization must be totally grounded and at ease with our material reality, even in these challenging times. Abundance is a reality and a right and the natural result of a fully- functioning root chakra. What we need is drawn into our lives at any given moment, there is no lack or struggle. The current world conditions are our final exams. But...

The awakened being must also completely free of emotional dramas. The fully active sacral chakra maintains that the being has moved beyond sin, karma, and duality, etc., to a place of total acceptance and inner peace with All That Is.  Enlightened beings create peace because they know that Earth is a gentle and loving place, supported by the Love of All That Is, and that emotional dramas and violence are “games of illusion.” And...

Illusion is controlled by the solar plexus energy of the mind. For most participants, this was the most difficult step, as the ego mind resists being “spun off” as the solar plexus reaches its full spin velocity and is in resonance with the heart and upper chakras. At full power, the mind becomes what it was meant to be, a part of the whole and not the dominant energy of humanity. When the essential grounding is in place, the heart chakra can function as the “center” of the being, giving access to the higher dimensions of consciousness.


In the meantime we are many in this void space. But it is here that I will and you will encounter ourselves and embrace our divinity and you will release the fears and insecurities of your lower being. We will discover that we are, and always were, safe and protected.

We will discover the love and the peace within us and we will spin into white light!

Shifting: The Soul Star Earth Star Chakra Activation

Our energy field is made up of billions and billions of tiny particles of energy. This energy is changing in every moment, as is the energy which surrounds us in the universe. Since 1987, higher vibrational energies have been anchoring on Earth to create a higher vibrational 5th-8th dimensional state. The frequencies have been increasing every year to allow all beings to slowly adjust to the higher vibration energies. Many people are already living multi-dimensionally.

Earth has moved from the 3rd dimension to the 4th. Many metaphysicians refer to this as the "thinning of the veil" and it corresponds with the increased and widely accepted paranormal and psychic abilities of the masses. It is thought that the shift to the 5th dimesion will occur by 2012 , the end of the Mayan calendar and the beginning of a new 5th dimension Earth as prophesized by the ancients around the globe.

The ancient Mayan astronomers accurately predicted, over 1500 years ago, the exact alignment of the Earth, the Sun, the star cluster Pleiades and of the center of our Galaxy that will take place at the end of the present long cycle on the Gregorian year 2012. On the Mayan Long Calendar the day designated as 4 Ahau 3 Kankin (13.0.0.0.0) falls on December 21, 2012 and this day will mark the end of the long cycle at which time humanity will experience a new beginning. We'll soon see...

But free will and choice remains the issue. It is speculated that if all beings allow themselves to clear their negative thought forms which create blockages in their subtle bodies and systems and open themselves to the higher vibrational energies, they will shift their vibration level to the higher levels. The higher vibration of the planet and the beings allow for higher abilities to co-create a dream life with no issues instead of the low vibrational 3rd dimensional survival life. Recent environmental, financial and political events around the globe are facilitating opportunities for healing and readying planet Earth to anchor into the higher vibrational dimension.

In order for our bodies to be able to integrate the higher frequency healing rays that are coming through at this time, our subtle energy system must be able to hold more light than it has in the past. The activation of transpersonal chakras, known as the Stellar Gateway, Soul Star, Causal Chakra, and Earth Star is vital.

Sharing the Emerging Vision of Humanity's Collective Soul

What is the emerging vision of our time? I believe it's a vision that offers us a totally new concept of God as an energy field - a cosmic sea of being - as well as the creative consciousness or organizing intelligence of that sea or field, and a totally new concept of ourselves as belonging to and participating in that consciousness. It is a vision that recognizes the sacredness and indissoluble unity of the great web of life and imposes on us the responsibility to become far more sensitive to the effects of our decisions and our actions. It is the ancient, sacred vision.

This vision invites our recognition of the needs of the planet and the life it sustains as primary, with ourselves as the conscious servants of those needs. Above all, it is a vision that asks that we relinquish our addiction to violence and the pursuit of power; that we become more aware of the dark shadow cast by this addiction which threatens us with ever more barbarism, bloodshed and suffering, leading ultimately to the possible extinction of our species. An essential modern, holy vision.

It is the vision of love.

We have developed a formidable intellect, a formidable science, a formidable technology but what of the soul, the dimension of our deepest instincts and feelings? What of our visions, dreams and hopes as well as our deepest wounds and the suffering caused by our lack of compassion towards each other? What of our need for relationship with a dimension of reality invisible to our senses? The pressing need for the soul's recognition has brought us to this time of choice. Our self-created mortal danger is forcing us to take a great leap in our evolution that we might never have made were we not driven by the extremity of circumstance. As prophesized, as promised.

We are now poised for an immense opportunity for evolutionary advance, if only we can understand what is happening and why. We can choose whether to imitate the patterns of the past, continuing to live our lives in servitude to the power principle, however subtly expressed, or we can choose relationship with life, respect for life, love of life, and the immense effort of consciousness we need to make to understand and serve its mystery. After so many billion years of evolution, it is simply unacceptable that the beauty and marvel of the earth should be ravaged by us through commercial greed, the destructive power of our weapons or the misapplication of our science and technology.
