Healing with Fifth Dimensional Probabilities

There are many challenging, and difficult realities on Planet Earth for all of us, but particularly for the seers and healers who are well practiced in navigating the dense limits of the third dimension and can no longer rely on these limits to define their scope and reach for their clients. Like each soul that encounters the full spectrum of experience in its journey of becoming, we lightworkers are especially challenged to become fully aware of the multi-dimensional need of our clients, many now no longer anchored in time space, but rather space-time.

Those who have learned to travel in consciousness have long been able able to seed fifth-dimensional realities, see and experience timelines aligned with love, abundance and joy. From this place, we are able to assist others in their journey of self-realization on the Earth plane by describing the probabiliies that serve the highest good. But it is with an open heart we must accept that some of our clients, many in fact, are choosing to do the work outside the illusion entirely, knowing on some level, that their path to love lies outside of time/space. The question is: how to best serve these souls?

Traveling in consciousness is possible when we awaken to the fact that time and space restrictions are part of the illusion. All-that-is exists in an eternal moment that our conscious minds experience in segments of “time” for learning purposes. While our physical bodies exist in space coordinates, our consciousness is limitless, expansive and all-inclusive. We are able to step outside time and space by briefly withdrawing our focus from the time/space continuum.

When we travel in consciousness, our journeys take place over what seems like long periods of time in our internal world. These internal journeys actually happen in a space of time as brief as the blink of an eye in our external world. It is by traveling in consciousness that we can navigate the menu of life potentials and energize the ones most closely aligned with our highest visions.

Potential futures exist side by side as alternate timelines. A person who knows how to navigate inner time is able to perceive these alternate timelines. We work with potential futures in three realms at once. We live inside the fruits of the past currently manifesting as our present moment. We live in the near future we are envisioning and seeding now. We live in the distant future where potentials we are now seeding are manifesting and coming to full flower. Inside our present moment, we are influenced by the moments we have lived through time, past seeds currently manifesting and the future potentials we are energizing now.

We are able, through intention, imagination and conscious awareness, to seed potential futures which we observe and nurture over time. While we will not necessarily choose to manifest or bring all these potentials into physical reality we are able to perceive them as they extend into future time, and choose the highest and best from among them. But what of the potentials that exist out of time? What if there ws not enough energy generated in the past to nurture these potentials aven if the ARE the paths of the highest good. If we are indeed ending cycles of karma and illusion isn't it possible to still choose these, and seed them? If the soul's will is in alignment, even as the personality and ego is not, as we move into the higher planes, where is the healer's point of reference? Does it remain in 3-D with the fractured personality or do we take a leap of faith and heal now, the eternal being first?

As third dimensional beings on the Earth plane we are free to choose among the potential futures we set into motion in the past. As we observe the potentials we set into motion, we are able to learn, our insights and observations help provide us with valuable feedback we are able to use in choosing the timelines we wish to experience in the future. We continue to observe and learn from our “roads not taken” but this doesn’t mean we feed them with sufficient life-force energy for them to manifest. Within every moment we choose the potentials that hold the greatest learning and growth opportunities – those most compatible with our current intentions. At any given time we are free to join one of these “inner realities in progress” and shift to the timeline where that potential is manifesting as our reality.

But what if a client cannot choose? What if the personality has literally frozen in time, and is simply waiting for time to run out? In light of the tremendous new energies available to healers because of the Earths current position in the Photon Belt it is possible to bypass the physical challenge, mental confusion, emotional baggage and heal the soul. But what about free will? How does one honor the client's desire to learn thru illness, depression or despair... in the third dimension?

For example, if we have a physical challenge we’re working with, we can seed potential healing options and in time choose the possible future where the best healing solution exists... and it might not be one currently anchored in 3-D. In today's shift from time/space to space/time this is particularly useful because the best course of healing is not necessarily revealed to us as we seed various physical options... our DNA is changing... but the soul is eternal.

This approach is also helpful if we intend to write a novel, work with new art forms, or bring other new realities into being. We are able to plant seeds that create multi dimensional fields of potential for our desired creations and we are able to energize future timelines most aligned with our desired creations... whether or not the physical, mental, or emotional state(s) of the client are presently aligned.

When we learn to journey in consciousness (or journey in service to another), new universes of possibilities are born within us all. We’re always free to choose if we will manifest replicas of past realities or if we will shift to become explorers of new realities in consciousness that offer new potentials and alternate futures no matter our current state of being in the illusionary world. I believe it is possible to take a quantum leap out of the confusion. One simply needs another to point to the possibility and nurture that seed.

As we work with new potentials, we will find ourselves unexpectedly at times entering the space between realities where we glimpse infinity, beyond "my will" to the collective "thy will" where creation creates from pure love, free from the judgements that hold our egos firmly in the third dimension. These glimpses remove us from physical reality for brief seconds, yet in the life of the soul, they are eternal and hold the power to shift our understanding in profound ways at all levels in all-time regardless of what we consider to be past, present, and future... the karma earned, the dipensation of grace gifted, or the perfection that never required or experienced either.

As healers, I think it is time to focus only on the perfect being within. I know that is my own practice, as I have made the decision to stop focussing on the leftover 3-D messes that need to be cleaned up and instead embrace the perfection of each and every being I work with, the miracles come with greater frequency. It's no longer about "healing" anyone to the point of waking them up. It's about agreeing that they already have, albeit not in time /space. So what?

Why make that illusion the point of reference for what IS? Silly, isn't it!

Kundalini Rising & The Rewiring Process

This post by guest blogger Denise Le Fay is for people who may not be familiar with how kundalini energy feels and also how the rewiring process feels in the body. Many of you have already lived through these stages, but there are increasing numbers of people in 2011 being activated who are suddenly living with some very weird energies and sensations inside their bodies. This information is primarily for them but I hope you, too, will enjoy this recap.

THE ASCENSION PROCESS - Denise Le Fay

February 1999 my physical Ascension Process suddenly began and I mean suddenly! Literally overnight I went from being and feeling one way all my life, to the next morning having my body producing some very strange physical symptoms. It was a horrible and difficult time and it lasted for many years. Your mileage will vary at this late date within the Ascension Process so don’t panic. The worst of the worst has already been done by Lightworkers over a decade ago and they’ve created a huge, wide open roadway for everyone to energetically travel down, meaning that what you experience now won’t be as long or as difficult and painful.

Before the Ascension energies were available, people who wanted to activate their kundalini energies would typically have to fast, meditate, remain celibate, and in most cases do so for years just to get their inner kundalini energies to budge or wiggle! But, with the start of the biological physical Ascension Process around 1998–1999, the need to do all those old school things went out the window. Now you don’t have to “do” anything to activate your kundalini energies and have them repeatedly burn and flash up and down your spine and work within each of your chakras to transmute the stuck energies in them. Now all you have to do is try to keep up with the Process!

You don’t need to fast, meditate, remain celibate or do any of the old past esoteric things in hopes of activating your kundalini energy. At this point within the global Ascension Process you’ll automatically be triggered or activated at exactly the time you’re supposed to and all by the perfect and flawless design and timing of your own Higher Self. So, don’t worry about any of this because it’s all been meticulously crafted by your Higher Self to unfold at the most beneficial and appropriate time for you to transmute and evolve via the available energies of the Ascension Process.

Because kundalini risings are being triggered now by your Higher Self and the cosmic, galactic, solar and astrological energies and cycles and not by a desire from your left-brained consciousness and ego self, the physical, mental, emotional and etheric symptoms they cause are not the same as old school Eastern esoteric knowledge has taught. Most all old school esoteric teachings don’t work for us now or reflect what we’re living through in our current lives and times because of the Ascension Process.

KUNDALINI SYMPTOMS

Kundalini risings activated by the Ascension Process typically do so suddenly and unexpectedly making you instantly feel like you’re on fire from the inside out. Hot flashes are common even in male bodies, as are night sweats, which are just “hot flashes” that happen at night while you’re asleep or were sleeping! Once activated kundalini energies don’t conveniently turn off each night so we can get a good night’s sleep. Oh if only that were the case!

Nope, you’re kundalini risings and inner fire, heat, sweating, emotions and purgings will be with you day and night for however long it takes for you to work/burn/transmute/release the emotional energetic junk you’ve stored in your trunk—and you’re guts, your belly, your heart, your brain/mind and so on. Oh happy day huh?  It really is a miraculous Alchemical Process of you going through the transmuting of your inner 3D Lead into higher frequency, non-polarized and integrated 5D Gold via kundalini fires activated by the ongoing Ascension Process.

• Inner heat or kundalini fire that radiates outward and extends a good foot or more beyond the surface of your skin and physical body.
• This same inner heat/fire in your spine/back repeatedly moving partially or completely up and down your spine/back.
• This same inner heat in your spine/back stopping at different chakras to work on the emotional energetic junk you’ve got stored in each of them, some more than others.
• Kundalini fire stirs up the emotional/mental/etheric issues you’ve stored and/or suppressed in each of your chakras which you will now FEEL emotionally and need to resolve and eventually fully release. This is aProcess and is typically done repeatedly, layer-by-layer so we get the majority of our inner energetic junk transmuted and gone. It doesn’t happen in a couple weeks or months. Give it time to do all it must within you.
• Strange, vivid dreams because we do the majority of our Inner Work while asleep and dreaming on the Inner Planes. We can discover, FEEL emotionally, resolve and integrate so much more in a vastly shorter time while we’re asleep and out-of-body doing this Inner Work. Expect strange but informative or symbolic and archetypal dreams and pay attention to what they reveal to you about yourself and what you’re transmuting.
• Physical sweating…lots and lots of sweating day and night. I’d suggest you stop using chemical deodorants so you can sweat out the toxins. Try using a natural deodorant like a crystal stick or stone instead.
• Emotional imbalances and difficult almost “crazy” periods due to past emotional issues/wounds/pains/fears/guilt etc. and their energies being brought to the surface of your consciousness and transmuted in and through your physical and emotional bodies primarily.
• When kundalini fire is working in your solar plexus chakra, your physical belly/gut area will oftentimes bloat due to the intense energies and transformational Inner Work taking place inside. Fear not and know it will eventually decrease. Know too it will return a few times before you’re done with this Alchemical process.
• When kundalini fire is working in your heart chakra you’ll often feel a heat, pressure, and possibly movements in this area of your body along with intense and uneven heart beats or thumps and poundings. You’ll also emotionally FEEL plenty and cry and rage and be moved by very simple and beautiful things, and very evil things too. Fear not as this is your heart being cleared and expanding to feel and house so much more of the higher energies, Light, and consciousness.
• When kundalini fire is working in your throat chakra you’ll often feel a heat and pressure radiating out of the back of your neck. Aches and pains in your throat and jaw is common. You’ll also find yourself speaking (or yelling and demanding) things you’ve suppressed or have not been allowed to verbalize before. Finally give voice to what you’ve not so far and take your power back.
• When kundalini fire is working in your two lower chakras, old sexual issues, feelings of guilt, and suppressed energies will demand your attention. Also fears and/or a sense of being a victim and so on will come to the surface to be consciously recognized, felt emotionally, finally dealt with and integrated and eventually released.
• You know where each chakra exists within you and it’s pretty easy to know which physical organs exist in those areas. Those are the organs that will have more stress in them while your kundalini fire is burning and surfacing old emotional energies you’ve stored in them. Take care of yourself during these intense transformational periods. Drink plenty of water to help with the heat and fire, the constant sweating and potential mineral loss, and the constant detoxing and purging that this entire Process creates.
• When kundalini reaches your head, just let it do what it does and don’t intellectualize the process much because you can’t and don’t need to! You’ll feel the fire and pressures inside your skull pushing and changing things in there and it all pouring up and out of the top of your head (Crown chakra) too. Let the kundalini fire transmute your brain glands and clear and expand your Brow and Crown chakras for what will happen next.

There’s many more kundalini symptoms but this would become so long it’d be boring. Let’s move on to the Body Rewiring Process which can now happen more easily and quickly because Kundalini Fire has burned through and transmuted the majority of emotional junk that had long been stuck in your trunk!

BODY REWIRING PROCESS

The Body Rewiring doesn’t hurt as most all the other Ascension symptoms do. It does however feel rather strange because you can actually feel energies vibrating, buzzing, and shaking deep inside your physical body. Thankfully no pain, just a sensation of inner vibrations that typically begin in the lower section of your body or in your core. I first felt them many years ago in my lower gut or core area. Over the years this inner body electrical-like vibrating would move slowly from one area to another and another and so on. Over the years it slowly inched its way upward in my body and lastly made it to my head and brain. At that point the Brain Rewiring took place which did and still does today cause me headaches, pressures, pains and aches both inside my head and also on the surface of my skull and scalp and Crown chakra area.

BODY REWIRING SYMPTOMS

• Typically feeling inner body vibrations that feel rather like a mild electric current running inside you. It vibrates, buzz’s, and even mildly shakes you from deep inside your physical body. It is painless and isn’t that a nice change!
• Over the months and years this inner body vibration will move around inside your body. You’ll feel it low in your base area, then higher in your belly area where it moves around and doesn’t remain in just one area in each section of your body. It will slowly move around your core, typically from bottom to top.
• It’s easiest to feel this inner body vibrating when you’ve been asleep and suddenly awaken. While laying there quietly in the middle of the night it’s easy to feel a strong vibrating or buzzing energy inside your body. It runs in on/off cycles of a few seconds on and less seconds off. This perfectly timed pattern will repeat until you can safely cope with the vibration running for longer and longer periods.
• Eventually this inner body vibrating energy increases to the point where it runs or is “ON” constantly inside your body and there’s no more periods where it’s “OFF” at all. This will take time however. At this point know that you are running and housing, within your physical body and self, a much higher frequency Light Energy than you ever could have done and survived before.
• Once your whole physical body has been Rewired, it enters your head/brain and then that process begins. Stair steps remember or we wouldn’t survive The Process.

THE BRAIN REWIRING PROCESS & SYMPTOMS

When this Rewiring Ascension Process reaches your head and two brain halves you can feel and sense that you’re running a much higher, faster, undiluted Light-filled Energy throughout your whole physical body. You’ve been rewired,upgraded, and have a NEW 5D Body Grid system (central nervous system and much more) just like Earth now does. This means you—like Earth—can now run and constantly house 5D energies through your body and not fry or go mad or die because of it! You’ve succeeded in transmuting your Alchemical 3D Lead into 5D Gold and now have the latest and most energy-efficient, self-sustained model on the market. Congratulations! But, not to burst your hard-earned bubble of joy, there’s more…much more but it will be worth it so let’s continue and Rewire the head and brain—hence consciousness—so it matches your newly rewired body.

Once these transformational Rewiring Energies enter your head and brain you are going to have to deal with some pains and pressures inside your head and skull. I’m not going to pad this and say it doesn’t hurt occasionally because it does. But if you honestly think about what is happening inside your physical head/brain, it’s SO worth the occasional headaches and pressures.

The two separate brain hemispheres will now begin being Rewired into oneunified whole brain that functions without the old lower 3D polarities of left and right brain consciousness and terrible disconnects. We can’t as yet fully perceive of how we’ll be able to perceive reality with a Rewired or Unified brain. Soon however.

• The Brain Rewiring is occasionally painful and causes headaches, pressures and pains inside the head, pains and pressures in the external skull and scalp. These pains and pressures also move around inside the head and outside on the skull.
• It often causes a sense or feel of twirling or rotating, spinning and/or tipping over or dropping through the floor. Not “dizziness”, but a rotating movement.
• It often triggers seeing lights, colors, sharks or points or explosions of light, shadows moving, movements of energies, non-physical beings and discarnate humans etc. Just observe the weird clairvoyant show but be aware too. Everything is not always as it seems. In other words, “all that glitters” with light doesn’t mean it is of the Light. No fear just pay attention and discern.
• You’ll feel pressures and pains in your Brow chakra area and even more so in your Crown chakra area and the top of your physical skull/head.
• You may smell scents like burning smoke or incense very close to your body for days, weeks or months on-end. You may also have a grossly exaggerated sense of smell with certain scents that nearly choke you and/or make you nauseous. This is caused by the Rewiring happening within your brain glands; the pineal and pituitary glands primarily and their being connected or unified also.
• You will find yourself perceiving, or more accurately, knowing things instead of linearly thinking and intellectualizing as you’re used to. This is due to the Kundalini clearing Inner Work, the later Body Rewiring, coupled with the current Brain Rewiring. We’re evolving/ascending now into what I call Spherical or 5D High Heart Consciousness—what others call “Unity Consciousness” or “triality” consciousness. To get there tho, all these previous Ascension-related stair steps and Alchemical processes have to be gone through first. Soon we’ll know things from our Conscious High Hearts instead of having to linearly think, speculate or guess and hope for the best! We will simply know.
• All this stuff going on in our heads and brains also causes hearing changes, inner ear pressures and the occasional inner ear stabbing pain. You will also hear strange non-physical sounds, voices, possibly words or your name being said etc. Again, no fear just realize that your two separate brain halves are being Rewired and billions of NEW neural Light pathways are being wired, connected between the two hemispheres that are becoming one unified whole brain. Of course we’re going to see, hear, smell, sense, perceive and feel all sorts of brand NEW energies, lights, Beings and dimensions etc.

Again there’s far more symptoms with the Brain Rewiring process because there’s far more happening than what I’ve written above. I’m not intentionally withholding information about these Ascension-related processes, it’s just that I haven’t completely figured out yet how to articulate what I perceive in geometric symbolic Light forms. As soon as I can better interpret into linear written words these geometric Light symbols I see over human energy and physical bodies, I’ll write about it too. I do know they represent Multidimensional, multiple layered Bodies we all have and how ALL of our different Energy Bodies from the densest to the mid-range to the highest frequency bodies closest to Source are ALL evolving/ascending simultaneously now.

That was then, this is now! Understanding multidimensional and chronological healing

Sometimes, in a deep healing, there is a slip in dimensions or the sense of overlapping of lifetimes. On the continuum of lifetimes that we have experienced so far, the one we are in is pivotal for many of us, because although we still experience time, if we expand our consciousness just a tiny bit, many of us are now able to "see" physical lifetimes that are happening simultaneously. And, I believe that most of us will be able to experience multiple realities very soon, and pick and choose experiences from the vantage point of the choosing for greater good.

OK, stay with me here. Everything is connected and interconnected. In this lifetime we are awakening to being able to tap into this greater awareness of beyond time and space in a collective consciousness that is allowing us to become aware of other dimensions of our own beingness. This extaordinary ablity will become more apparent in the next few years. But many who have been on the spiritual path are beginning to accept this as "normal."

Many of my students have discovered their own memories of the last Great Shift about 13,000 years ago in meditation, through healing, and in dreaming. These memories often include a profound upheaval and loss of life on Earth near the time of the shift. Electro-magnetic changes within the Earth were accompanied by physical Earth changes, including the physical re-location of the North and South Poles. Within this same emotional memory is the destruction of the continent we know as Atlantis, the loss of life by most of the inhabitants of that continent, and the survivors fleeing to other lands and seeding new civilizations around the world. Our errors have played them selves out in countless incarnations since, seeking balance, restitution, and healing.

So why the slip in dimensions? Because when we address and heal fear (or any emotion) that is within our current incarnation that same emotion receives a healing within its own time frame. It is similar to a chain of dominoes. When you remove one domino from the chain then the movement stops and all the remaining dominoes cease to fall down. When you replace that one domino, the motion that was begun at one end of the chain continues. In this same fashion the changes you make within this lifetime naturally affect all the other lifetimes of your soul. It is very difficult to  consciously heal energies from other lifetimes within this lifetime. You need only heal those issues that your soul is presenting to you now to address... and these are often unresolved and un-integrated experiences from past lives.

In my experience, I have found that most of these wounds express themselves as distortions in the lower three chakras of the body. The wounds in the first and second chakras are particularly evident as we move into 2011 and  prepare for the year  2012. These chakras imprint basic instincts of survival and the associated fear of not existing tomorrow.

The primary issue facing us today is actually based in the first chakra. Survival. Humanity faces great danger as it begins to acknowledge a world in decline—a world whose environments have been degraded, a world whose climate has been affected, a world whose life-sustaining resources are being depleted and ruined by ignorance and greed. Will our human race survive or destroy itself in the years to come? Will we make the transition into an  awareness that honors the strength of our shared collective consciousness, or will we perish trying to escape the cycle of change by creating more and better artificial structures that will ultimately collapse upon us? Yes, scary stuff.

And, as long as what is done is good for one person (or one group)  but is not useful for others, we are scrambling upon the shoulders of another human as we try to escape to save ourselves. In this scenario, many of us will make the transition into the Aquarian Age without our physical bodies. And it is this that we are most fearful of repeating, that selfishness and seperateness we call "survival of the fittest" which has happened in earlier shifts and has simply created more karma and more work for the soul upon reincarnating back into the physical (or near physical) dimensions. 

So now, we have entered the energetic pattern of another Great Shift remembering the fear and chaos that accompanied the last Great Shift in our shared collective consciousness. Our human instinct is to somehow control the Earth so that she will not upend us as before.

But that was then, and I intuit that this Great Shift will be very different. Although our bodies and our collective consciousness are experiencing the same vibrations of change as 13,000 years ago, this Great Shift is also a shift back into a stronger connection to Spirit. 

The previous Great Shift was a movement away from the collective voice of Spirit into a time of exploring our free will.  And because we are aware of much of our own history in the past 13,000 years, we will be able to bring that knowledge forward with us into this shift. Bringing our knowledge with us as living human beings into the vibration of the Aquarian Age will allow us to recall our experiences and lessons learned while in this state of seperateness to be shared with all conscious beings in all dimensions. Thus we will emerge as teachers, as avatars, in the New Earth. We will be conscious contributers to the community of intelligent life in the Universe.

Many of my students, in fact many people on Earth,  are experiencing both a remembrance of the fear they experienced during the last Great Shift as well as an anticipation of the blessings that will come with our awakening to the gifts of Spirit. These two great currents of emotion are moving through our personal lives as well as our human society. So yes,  fear is  reawakening within our lower chakras. But so are compassion, inner knowing, and a profound connection to all Creation reawakening as well.

My suggestion for dealing with the reawakening of these fear patterns  has always been this: Begin by acknowledging your fear and do not dismiss it. Turn and face it. Ask the fear if it is yours. Is it all yours?  Where do you feel it in your body? What is it's energetic signature? What is the first word of phrase the pops into your mind? Is it in current time? Is the time period that it believes to be its own time period this present moment? Allow it to move to wherever in "the time line" it belongs.

You see, a pattern of thoughts or emotions cannot be changed when it is out of sync with its surroundings. A pattern can only change when it is in its own "now" and connected to whatever or whomever it is meant to be working with and connected to. That is the basis of chronological healing.

Too often we sense patterns of deep emotion that were part of our soul's previous lifetimes, and we believe that we can fix, change or heal them by taking them into this life and replaying them with our minds. We re-imagine and recreate experiences to learn from them, and heal them. But we cannot heal them by projecting them onto someone else, in the present time. That just leads us to more frustration, indignation, and anger.

This is the great temptation of humanity: for people to exercise their grievances against one another, to exercise their ancient animosities, to compete and enter into conflict with others. The energies of the emotions we experience in each lifetime can only be changed within the context of that particular lifetime. We must therefore release the emotional energies to return to their own time period. This is the function of the heart, not the mind. We can't think the solutions into being. This is the great parodox of our coming of age in the information age, in the midst of all of our technology.

Yes, we can change our minds, and change the way we think about things, but we also must release the emotions associated with our outdated beliefs. And our minds are simply not equipped for this task. This is the task of the fully illuminated, or etheric, heart.

As we move into and through the present shift we need not re-experience all of the fear and grief from the last great Sshift. We need only address the fear that is naturally arising for us as humans in this time period. What portion of fear is really yours in this lifetime? What  belongs to your body and your soul? Allow those that are not in tune with your body or your soul in this present moment to go to their own time frame or lifetime. In order for them to evolve, grow and heal, they must be in place to receive the changes that are coming their way. Heal what is yours to heal now.

Healing is much like peeling an onion, the journey is layered and may produce tears

Tears of laughter and tears of joy!

I have often used this metaphor in my workshops: that our life is very much like an onion, and our true self, our core, may only be revealed after all of the outer layers have been peeled away.

When we peel away the layers of our conditioned beliefs, of our ideas and influences, and all the protective coverings that we imagine make us feel safe, we get to the heart of our "issues" and discover our own personal (and profound) truths, our own deep knowing...  and awakening to the nature of reality, we find that within our heartspace we are perfect. Perfect. Just as we are.

Healing, forgiving, releasing, and reflecting are symbolized by peeling away the layers to get to the core/seed of our experience here, the place where we are clear and all is understood. Yet it is not the final awakening on our journeys. For even as we feel that we have reached our final truth, we know that we must peel the final layer away.

And there we stand in our center, in the void. The mind is quiet.  And there is pure joy in the arrival.
And we learn to love who we are, right now, just as we are.

As I said, I have done this meditation in many of my workshops and I think its a good one to start the process of cleansing in 2011. I call it "Peeling the Onion" for obvious reasons! It is a very effective contemplative technique that helps to develop a heart of wisdom and compassion. I know that cultivating an awakened heart cannot help but lead to an expanded perception of the world and a knowing of all beings as manifestations of the Divine.

Set an onion before you.

Close your eyes.

Take 3 long slow deep breath
inhaling through your nose
holding the breath as is comfortable
then exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Now, take the onion and slowly peel away the first layer.

Symbolically, What did that layer represent? How was it formed? Who did it serve? Who did it hurt?
What have you learned? Now, let it go.

Continue to peel the layers away one by one.

Find the truth about your physical self, your soul's mission here, the universe and reality.

Now in running water, wash away the layers, and tears, as you let them go...

Breathe and say thank you.

Without an awakened heart – your illuminated spirit – to guide you, your mind will attempt to create its own reality, and you have only to look at the condition of the world to see the effects of this: people searching to get what they want, people struggling to protect what they have, people striving to protect privileges in life or to gain these privileges or to take them away from others, even people’s desires for justice. All these things have created immense suffering, not only for the individuals involved but for the entire world. Layer upon layer of mental confusion.

"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it and break them down." – A Course In Miracles

As you peel back the layers, and live from the heart, you become one less person that is judging, criticizing and condemning the world. You become one less person who is only here to consume for their own benefit. You become one less person who is demanding that others believe what they believe, and conform to what they determine what is right and rightful. Here you become a peacemaker because you are at peace, not because you have a new "idea" about what peace is and how it can be achieved.

When you finally give up the hopeless pursuit of fulfilling your mind's desires, and trying to make them work for you, well... you will feel stripped to the core.  And really what is happening is your are opening yourself to the presence of your heart as your beacon. Only it knows how to guide and protect you. Only your open heart knows how you will be able to navigate the changes that are coming, and the difficult times ahead.

Do not judge others then. For if you are honest with yourself, you will see how long it has taken for you to even come to the beginning of this journey. Understand that everyone is either trying to justify their beliefs or they are coming to an understanding of the ways of the heart. And there are so many steps in between these two very different understandings and ways of life, and people are stumbling along the pathway as best they can.

You just need to follow the way that your heart will take you. And it will take you there without all your outdated ideas even if you can't think of the new, better way. You are becoming inner directed rather than simply controlled and manipulated by the immensely powerful forces in the mental environment around you. And it's OK to say, "I don't know, I'm just going to follow my heart."

You have an opportunity to be a witness to love growing and emerging and expressing itself through your life. And this indeed will be the miracle that will renew to you your fundamental relationship with yourself, with others, with the world, and with the God/Goddess of your understanding.

This is the Gift of Love and it is waiting to express itself through you.

The Goddess Speaks, May I be Blessed

I'm not easily shaken, it takes a lot to knock me off my center. And its usually the malicious (and not the miraculous) that does it. But 1/1/11 blindsided me.

I was doing a Merkabah (lightbody) activation for a student in Dubai (yes, you know who you are!) when I slipped dimensions to find not only myself and my client, a but a fairly large soul group, in past, alternative present, and future experiences all centered around a profound healing regarding our vocation as seers. It was so intense, and so profound, that I can say with absolute certainty, "I am forever changed."

I came to see that in the wake of the teachings currently called "The Secret" and "The Law of Attraction"  there are many people who (residualy) believe that everything that happens to them is the result of their own creativity, however misguided. But what they fail to see is that everyone else has created their reality too, and that the impact of that energy in the mental environment over time—the environment of thought and influence—is so much immensely greater by what everyone else is creating than what you individually can create, that to think that you can produce all these results for yourself simply by directing the will and the power of the mind is to ignore the will and the power of all other minds, many of which are still self serving and manipulative... and the key ingredient of manifestation from self realization.

This mass-produced assumption that our minds alone create certainly reinforces and is based on the belief in separation. (I wonder how, and who, advanced it in its current incarnation.) It does not take into account the effect that minds have on one another. It does not recognize the impact and the influence, and the energy of the mental environment. Though it may proclaim that everyone has the potential to recreate their experience, it does not take into account the fact that the mental environment is completely dominating for most people, to the point where very few people even have any original thoughts. We are simply recycling all the influence that we are absorbing and have been absorbing since the day we were born. And because human beings are essentially social creatures, we will always tend to associate with whatever group we identify with, whatever group we think is giving us promise, purpose, meaning and security.

The freedom of the mind then is really not possible within the mental environment. It is but a little light surrounded by millions of other lights. There is a forgotten component to "The Secret Teachings." And that is that the only way out of this predicament is for the mind to follow the illuminated heart, the mind of God deep within your inner knowing which the mindis intended to serve, because this heart is not influenced by the mental environment. It is the only part of you that is beyond influence or manipulation from any source. It is indeed this awakened heart, your Divine Essence that will create a new life for you, create a new reality and a new experience for you. Only it has the power to do this because it is unaffected by the mental environment in which you live.

You can’t make your Divine Essence want what you think you want. You can’t make Divine Essence give you what you think you must have. This awakened heart is more powerful than your mind. It knows why it is here. It is here on a mission because you are here on a mission. Unaware of this mission, you will keep trying to satisfy the deeper needs of your soul by acquiring people, possessions and experiences. And you will be in constant fear that you could lose all of these things, which are threatened by so many different things. It is a hopeless attempt at fulfillment.

I’m dedicating 2011 to healing and to teaching this simple truth through experiential practice. Yesterday, I saw the probable future of the past ignored. If humanity continues using "the motivations" that have gained us this position, these "advantages" and these calamities, well, the future of humanity is predictable and grave. And I have hope, I always have. So the Goddess spoke. And she did not whisper. She shook me awake... again.

In 2009, I was gifted the opportunity to witness an experiment in social ecommerce. I was a participant in the limited sense that I played the role of the new breed of savy e-merchant, and yet I identified mostly as an observer from the  higher perch of the spirit. I knew it was a lesson from the get go, so I studied it carefully. And I realized the metaphor in the play, holographically, that every calamity everywhere, in every time, began as someone’s good idea for themselves (and maybe others), and that every social system that has led to revolution, conflict, war and deprivation began in essence as a desire to improve someone's (self's/organizations/humanity’s) condition and to address injustices and inequities.

And consider this: Because the veils are thinning on this plane, and multidimesional knowing is becoming the norm, any business or social agenda that you propose, any political agenda that you espouse and that you further, will be opposed by some percentage of the population that sees your own agenda clearly, no matter how cleverly hidden. Even if you think you have the perfect solution, the great idea, the best arrangement with the least collateral damage, what are you going to do with all of those people who oppose you? What are you going to do with these people? Override them? Censore them? Subjugate them? Destroy them?

This is the inherent danger in people inventing schemes without the power and the presence of the awakened heart. This is the mind desperately trying to control life as the systems collapse in decline. This is the mind playing God in the world, positioning itself as the problem solved, the next big thing. You have only to look at those results in your personal, business and national relationships to see that in the end a few people are richly supplied, and everyone else is left in deprivation. And overall, our very humanity is being deprived; it is being degraded, for we are now living in a world of decline, new ideas and all.

The mind is creative. It creates fantasies; it creates nightmares; it creates scenarios; it creates explanations for the past; it creates new ideas for the future. Your mind was created to be creative. It is creative. But this creative power of the mind is meant to serve something greater than itself. Without its position of being in service to a greater good, the mind is self-fulfilling. It is self-serving. It is consuming. And it will struggle, and it will fight. It will blame, and it will condemn when it is deprived of its goals.

Today many people want both change and peace, and they do not see the contradiction in this. Change is not peaceful. It is difficult, challenging and upsetting if it is real change. And yet people want change and peace. They  who dispense the new ideas expect others who do not have what they have to be peaceful, to be peaceful and cooperative with one another... and follow without question.

Question everything you have been told tothink. I know that humanity must unite and cooperate for the preservation of the world, to prevent ever increasing war, degradation and decline in the future. There will be more people wanting fewer resources. Yes, humanity needs to improve its condition, and that is why this spark has been placed within each person by design. For only your awakened heart within you knows what will really work for you and how your efforts and your actions can lead to a beneficial outcome in the world. Ask your heart. Question your mind.

Certainly, reorienting the mind to create things of value and meaning is very important, and many people are becoming aware of this. They realize that they determine their experience to a great degree by how they evaluate what they see around them: how they associate themselves and how they disassociate themselves. They see the power and the potential of the mind in this regard.

However, what many people do not see is that the mind is meant to serve the greater power of the illuminated heart. If you are unaware of your spirit, this great power, the mind will be reckless, it will be self-serving, it will be judgmental. It will be a harsh and oppressive ruler in your life and potentially in the lives of others.

If the mind serves itself, it will be fundamentally competitive and destructive. It will always want more of what it thinks it wants and needs. Beyond meeting certain basic survival requirements, it will always want more. The more you want for yourself, the more you draw from the limited resources of the world, the more you deprive other people of their basic needs for survival.

So I will tell you all, that you cannot come up with a new idea, a new scheme or a new plan to resolve this fundamental problem without being heart-centered in your dealings. The Earth plane will no longer tolerate the low energetic signature of mind games. Only the awakened heart knows how to provide advancement, security and fulfillment for us. And only the awakened heart knows how to do this in such a way that it does not deprive others. And then and only then, your pursuit of safety, security and fulfillment will become beneficial for others because it is guided by the illuminated heart, your Divine Essence.

Your intellect, as creative as it is, cannot figure this out. It does not have this depth of wisdom. It is not connected to life sufficiently. It does not have the clarity and the comprehension to do this. That is because the mind is a vehicle of expression. Its source is the spirit, and the source of the spirit is the Creator of all life. Whether you are a religious person or not, whether you practice within a faith tradition or not, this is the fundamental reality of your life.

If you are unaware of the possibility of living from a fully illuminated heart, you will be constantly striving to get what you want and avoid what you don’t want, and you will be in constant judgment and frustration over the behavior and the thoughts of others and the condition of the world. And the end result is you will be nothing more than a consumer, and you will be adding nothing more to the world than more judgment and condemnation, adding to the fuel of conflict that is already raging here.

My prayer for 2011 is that I be used in the service of bringing the heart to the center of all matters... in business, in relationships, in the restoration of our Earth Mother and her children.

Simply BE Love: Little Grandmother Kiesha Speaks on 2012

During her workshop in Zurich early November 2010 Little Grandmother Kiesha Crowther spoke about 2012, the expected pole shift, and how we should prepare ourselves. The video above is a very simple and perfect description of the process which is currently underway.

I believe that the best gift you can give to yourself is to learn to practice the Microcosmic Orbit  meditation and/or receive an Earth Star Soul Star Attunement, both which will greatly assist you in processing the higher energies available on Earth and which will continue to increase.

The Microcosmic Orbit Meditation is the classic Taoist Meditation method for refining, raising, and circulating internal energy via the 'orbit' formed by the 'Governing Channel' from perineum up to head and the Conception Channel from head back down to perineum. Activating the Microcosmic Orbit is a key step that leads to more advanced practices including the activation of the Lightbody.

The Earth Star Soul Star Activation  is restorative healing which opens the Stellar Gateway, and Soul Star and Causal chakras. When open and activated these portals allow a very high frequency light to enter our etheric field. I intuit the Stellar Gateway to function as a spiritual barometer which measures the intensity of light our field can comfortably hold. The Soul Star is the filter through which the light is measured and flows. The Soul Star also facilitates access to the akashic records. The Causal chakra is the center that opens to accept the light that the upper two chakras deliver, and it assists in higher activations of the crown, brow and throat chakras. This opening will enhance clarity in your psychic and telepathic communication. 

The Earth Star is the anchoring point to the miraculous life force energy of our planet Earth. It connects us to elemental energies, and anchors and aligns all of our chakras from the Root chakra to the first transpersonal point. This anchoring is what allows the Spirit to connect with both the Earth and Universal energies.

Ascension, Descension, Soul Star, Earth Star: getting to the root of the issue

We've been doing a series of workshops regarding the ascension process and the challenges evolving humanity faces as we wholly integrate "The Law of One" and move away from the need for duality as a learning tool. And, I think there is some real confusion as to exactly how the the ascension process unfolds. And, I'm pretty sure its because we would all prefer to focus on the higher chakras and meditate our way into spiritual bliss.

So I say this: Are you seeing that fat, out-of-shape body of yours? Feeling those insecurities and fears? Participating in the lack mentality rather than enjoying abundance? Focus on your root chakra. It will set you free!

OK, simply stated, the ascension process is the merging of the spiritual body and physical body into a fully integrated being of light. It has always been my understanding that this occurs most naturally when we are fully present in our bodies. It matters not that you have a crippled body, a healthy body, or one that has suffered from years of neglect and fast food. All that matters is that now, today, you begin to love that body unconditionally and honor it as a temple for your Spirit.

This naturally begins a process of housecleaning, detoxing, eating well, excersising, and getting grounded. It is no wonder that the most psychic and spiritually awakened peoples have always lived in cultures which live closely with and in harmony with the Earth and her cycles.

Ascension, the merging with your higher self, is created by a series of "descensions" of spirit. We call this "activating your Lightbody." Descension means that the eternal part of who you are in the upper dimensions, drops down and comes to reside in your physical body. So clean your house and put out the welcome mat!

Yes, tending to your physical body is an important key! As your body's cells gradually metabolize light energy, every cell of your being becomes inspired. This is spirit in action. Each descension (whether spontaneously or through energy work, crystal gridding, or applied sacred geometry) increases the amount of light you are holding in your molecular structure and physical cells.

As you activate, build, and integrate your Lightbody, you reorganize your molecular structure, allowing your body to be less dense and more free to express itself with the energy of the universe. Your Lightbody is actually a grid of light and sacred geometry that brings together your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. This body electromagnetically links your multidimensional self with the infinite universe. It connects you through high electrical currents that assist you in translating and manifesting your hidden talents and soul purpose, your inner knowing and Divinity.

The perfect form, or sacred geometry, of the Lightbody is also called the "Merkabah." This is an Egyptian word for the spinning field of light and unmnaifest potential that radiates from the human body as the star tetrahedron. The Merkabah is a geometrically precise field that is formed from the pattern of the first eight cells of the fertilized ovum or zygote. It is located at the root chakra. These eight cells provide the center point for all of the energy fields and grids that surround the body.

The Merkabah field is the matrix of creation. It is the Zero Point. It is the Oneness. It is the Divine blueprint from which your physical and subtle bodies are formed and from which your soul purpose is made manifest through your life’s journey.

It activates each cell to a specific resonance and reestablishes a higher connection with the creative Light of Mother/Father God. Sacred geometry transcends space, time and dimensions. Sacred geometry concerns the balancing and integration of the feminine and the masculine aspects of your being. The right brain or feminine side intuits unity consciousness and trusts feelings over the intellect. The left brain, the male side, sees duality everywhere, and wants proof as it perceives that feelings are not enough. As the polarities integrate, you begin to move into wholeness and the resonance of the Law of One.

With this Law of One, you bring an increased dimensional light and wisdom into your life, moving you closer toward ascension, and the joy of living here with the creative perspective once known only in the higher planes. So get yourself grounded, get present and happy in the physical, and your Spirit will soar!

Grounding the Lightbody as Part of the Ascension Process

As we raise our vibrations in preparation for creating the much needed and highly prophecised New Earth Reality, each of us are experiencing and integrating the natural shifts of our evolution in unique ways according to our spiritual understanding and karmic influences. We are in a process known as Ascension.

I hear from many people who have been expressing difficulty with feelings of being disconnected from their bodies, life, and other people. Many awakened people are experiencing very little joy and little ability to manifest in the physical. There are wondrous and beautiful changes are occurring on our planet and within our physical bodies just as there are also many systems and ways of being that are collapsing and nearing extinction. It is natural to grieve over losses even as we are celebrating new possibilities. But beyond that, there is also a real energetic disconnect happening which is resulting in a complete paralysis of the spirit. I'd like to address this short-circuitry.


The issues that so many are experiencing, as they work to raise their frequencies, manifest because the light and energy levels that the spiritual lightbody can hold are considerably higher than the physical body has been capable of processing. This can leave one feeling a deep separation between their body and their spirit as well as an inability to experience joy and peace from their bodies or manifest the simplest desires in their physical world.

As we raise the vibrational frequency of our spiritual selves, we must also do the same for our physical selves. Many people have the perception that the body’s frequency levels raise in unison but that is simply not the case. We must tend to, love, clear, nurture and activate our physical body the same as we do our spiritual body, chakras and energy fields. Proper nutrition, rest, time spent in nature and daily excercise are a must. 

As many of you know I have worked with wild dolphins for many years. These amazing creatures are  a the most precious source of holistic intelligence, joyful, loving, forgiving... and the message that I received most often in the Dolphin chanelling sessions over and over again is this: Bring back the joy, play! When we create from that energy we will indeed create Heaven on Earth.

And, although I've said it before, I'll say it again. We must remember what it is to PLAY with light. We won't be building anything of value as a fear-based reaction to our current circumstances. Now, even as the land is shaking, flooding, and burning all around us must we commit like never before to our physical presence in our bodies.

I'd like you to consider the Earth Star Soul Star Activation process. The Earth Star grounding component alleviates much of the  discomfort when there is an imbalance in your physical/ and spiritual body's frequencies. Ask yourself the following questions:

* Are you finding yourself depleted of energy and vitality?
* Are you experiencing little joy from your physical body?
* Are you unable to manifest/create your desires in your life?
* Do you find it hard to associate with others and prefer to be alone?
* Are you feeling unfocused or forgetful?
* Do you feel ungrounded no matter how much you work on grounding?

If you said yes to any of the above you are probably experiencing an imbalance in your physical/ and spiritual body's frequencies. The Earth Star grounding anchors your spiritual body (your lightbody) into your physical body and your physical body to the chakras of Mother Earth.

This connection is healing to the lower chakras so you can experience life, joy and love from a very present and physical perspective, manifesting and creating all that your Spirit wrapped itself in your physical body to exist in this dimension to accomplish.
