Healing is much like peeling an onion, the journey is layered and may produce tears

Tears of laughter and tears of joy!

I have often used this metaphor in my workshops: that our life is very much like an onion, and our true self, our core, may only be revealed after all of the outer layers have been peeled away.

When we peel away the layers of our conditioned beliefs, of our ideas and influences, and all the protective coverings that we imagine make us feel safe, we get to the heart of our "issues" and discover our own personal (and profound) truths, our own deep knowing...  and awakening to the nature of reality, we find that within our heartspace we are perfect. Perfect. Just as we are.

Healing, forgiving, releasing, and reflecting are symbolized by peeling away the layers to get to the core/seed of our experience here, the place where we are clear and all is understood. Yet it is not the final awakening on our journeys. For even as we feel that we have reached our final truth, we know that we must peel the final layer away.

And there we stand in our center, in the void. The mind is quiet.  And there is pure joy in the arrival.
And we learn to love who we are, right now, just as we are.

As I said, I have done this meditation in many of my workshops and I think its a good one to start the process of cleansing in 2011. I call it "Peeling the Onion" for obvious reasons! It is a very effective contemplative technique that helps to develop a heart of wisdom and compassion. I know that cultivating an awakened heart cannot help but lead to an expanded perception of the world and a knowing of all beings as manifestations of the Divine.

Set an onion before you.

Close your eyes.

Take 3 long slow deep breath
inhaling through your nose
holding the breath as is comfortable
then exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Now, take the onion and slowly peel away the first layer.

Symbolically, What did that layer represent? How was it formed? Who did it serve? Who did it hurt?
What have you learned? Now, let it go.

Continue to peel the layers away one by one.

Find the truth about your physical self, your soul's mission here, the universe and reality.

Now in running water, wash away the layers, and tears, as you let them go...

Breathe and say thank you.

Without an awakened heart – your illuminated spirit – to guide you, your mind will attempt to create its own reality, and you have only to look at the condition of the world to see the effects of this: people searching to get what they want, people struggling to protect what they have, people striving to protect privileges in life or to gain these privileges or to take them away from others, even people’s desires for justice. All these things have created immense suffering, not only for the individuals involved but for the entire world. Layer upon layer of mental confusion.

"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it and break them down." – A Course In Miracles

As you peel back the layers, and live from the heart, you become one less person that is judging, criticizing and condemning the world. You become one less person who is only here to consume for their own benefit. You become one less person who is demanding that others believe what they believe, and conform to what they determine what is right and rightful. Here you become a peacemaker because you are at peace, not because you have a new "idea" about what peace is and how it can be achieved.

When you finally give up the hopeless pursuit of fulfilling your mind's desires, and trying to make them work for you, well... you will feel stripped to the core.  And really what is happening is your are opening yourself to the presence of your heart as your beacon. Only it knows how to guide and protect you. Only your open heart knows how you will be able to navigate the changes that are coming, and the difficult times ahead.

Do not judge others then. For if you are honest with yourself, you will see how long it has taken for you to even come to the beginning of this journey. Understand that everyone is either trying to justify their beliefs or they are coming to an understanding of the ways of the heart. And there are so many steps in between these two very different understandings and ways of life, and people are stumbling along the pathway as best they can.

You just need to follow the way that your heart will take you. And it will take you there without all your outdated ideas even if you can't think of the new, better way. You are becoming inner directed rather than simply controlled and manipulated by the immensely powerful forces in the mental environment around you. And it's OK to say, "I don't know, I'm just going to follow my heart."

You have an opportunity to be a witness to love growing and emerging and expressing itself through your life. And this indeed will be the miracle that will renew to you your fundamental relationship with yourself, with others, with the world, and with the God/Goddess of your understanding.

This is the Gift of Love and it is waiting to express itself through you.

The Goddess Speaks, May I be Blessed

I'm not easily shaken, it takes a lot to knock me off my center. And its usually the malicious (and not the miraculous) that does it. But 1/1/11 blindsided me.

I was doing a Merkabah (lightbody) activation for a student in Dubai (yes, you know who you are!) when I slipped dimensions to find not only myself and my client, a but a fairly large soul group, in past, alternative present, and future experiences all centered around a profound healing regarding our vocation as seers. It was so intense, and so profound, that I can say with absolute certainty, "I am forever changed."

I came to see that in the wake of the teachings currently called "The Secret" and "The Law of Attraction"  there are many people who (residualy) believe that everything that happens to them is the result of their own creativity, however misguided. But what they fail to see is that everyone else has created their reality too, and that the impact of that energy in the mental environment over time—the environment of thought and influence—is so much immensely greater by what everyone else is creating than what you individually can create, that to think that you can produce all these results for yourself simply by directing the will and the power of the mind is to ignore the will and the power of all other minds, many of which are still self serving and manipulative... and the key ingredient of manifestation from self realization.

This mass-produced assumption that our minds alone create certainly reinforces and is based on the belief in separation. (I wonder how, and who, advanced it in its current incarnation.) It does not take into account the effect that minds have on one another. It does not recognize the impact and the influence, and the energy of the mental environment. Though it may proclaim that everyone has the potential to recreate their experience, it does not take into account the fact that the mental environment is completely dominating for most people, to the point where very few people even have any original thoughts. We are simply recycling all the influence that we are absorbing and have been absorbing since the day we were born. And because human beings are essentially social creatures, we will always tend to associate with whatever group we identify with, whatever group we think is giving us promise, purpose, meaning and security.

The freedom of the mind then is really not possible within the mental environment. It is but a little light surrounded by millions of other lights. There is a forgotten component to "The Secret Teachings." And that is that the only way out of this predicament is for the mind to follow the illuminated heart, the mind of God deep within your inner knowing which the mindis intended to serve, because this heart is not influenced by the mental environment. It is the only part of you that is beyond influence or manipulation from any source. It is indeed this awakened heart, your Divine Essence that will create a new life for you, create a new reality and a new experience for you. Only it has the power to do this because it is unaffected by the mental environment in which you live.

You can’t make your Divine Essence want what you think you want. You can’t make Divine Essence give you what you think you must have. This awakened heart is more powerful than your mind. It knows why it is here. It is here on a mission because you are here on a mission. Unaware of this mission, you will keep trying to satisfy the deeper needs of your soul by acquiring people, possessions and experiences. And you will be in constant fear that you could lose all of these things, which are threatened by so many different things. It is a hopeless attempt at fulfillment.

I’m dedicating 2011 to healing and to teaching this simple truth through experiential practice. Yesterday, I saw the probable future of the past ignored. If humanity continues using "the motivations" that have gained us this position, these "advantages" and these calamities, well, the future of humanity is predictable and grave. And I have hope, I always have. So the Goddess spoke. And she did not whisper. She shook me awake... again.

In 2009, I was gifted the opportunity to witness an experiment in social ecommerce. I was a participant in the limited sense that I played the role of the new breed of savy e-merchant, and yet I identified mostly as an observer from the  higher perch of the spirit. I knew it was a lesson from the get go, so I studied it carefully. And I realized the metaphor in the play, holographically, that every calamity everywhere, in every time, began as someone’s good idea for themselves (and maybe others), and that every social system that has led to revolution, conflict, war and deprivation began in essence as a desire to improve someone's (self's/organizations/humanity’s) condition and to address injustices and inequities.

And consider this: Because the veils are thinning on this plane, and multidimesional knowing is becoming the norm, any business or social agenda that you propose, any political agenda that you espouse and that you further, will be opposed by some percentage of the population that sees your own agenda clearly, no matter how cleverly hidden. Even if you think you have the perfect solution, the great idea, the best arrangement with the least collateral damage, what are you going to do with all of those people who oppose you? What are you going to do with these people? Override them? Censore them? Subjugate them? Destroy them?

This is the inherent danger in people inventing schemes without the power and the presence of the awakened heart. This is the mind desperately trying to control life as the systems collapse in decline. This is the mind playing God in the world, positioning itself as the problem solved, the next big thing. You have only to look at those results in your personal, business and national relationships to see that in the end a few people are richly supplied, and everyone else is left in deprivation. And overall, our very humanity is being deprived; it is being degraded, for we are now living in a world of decline, new ideas and all.

The mind is creative. It creates fantasies; it creates nightmares; it creates scenarios; it creates explanations for the past; it creates new ideas for the future. Your mind was created to be creative. It is creative. But this creative power of the mind is meant to serve something greater than itself. Without its position of being in service to a greater good, the mind is self-fulfilling. It is self-serving. It is consuming. And it will struggle, and it will fight. It will blame, and it will condemn when it is deprived of its goals.

Today many people want both change and peace, and they do not see the contradiction in this. Change is not peaceful. It is difficult, challenging and upsetting if it is real change. And yet people want change and peace. They  who dispense the new ideas expect others who do not have what they have to be peaceful, to be peaceful and cooperative with one another... and follow without question.

Question everything you have been told tothink. I know that humanity must unite and cooperate for the preservation of the world, to prevent ever increasing war, degradation and decline in the future. There will be more people wanting fewer resources. Yes, humanity needs to improve its condition, and that is why this spark has been placed within each person by design. For only your awakened heart within you knows what will really work for you and how your efforts and your actions can lead to a beneficial outcome in the world. Ask your heart. Question your mind.

Certainly, reorienting the mind to create things of value and meaning is very important, and many people are becoming aware of this. They realize that they determine their experience to a great degree by how they evaluate what they see around them: how they associate themselves and how they disassociate themselves. They see the power and the potential of the mind in this regard.

However, what many people do not see is that the mind is meant to serve the greater power of the illuminated heart. If you are unaware of your spirit, this great power, the mind will be reckless, it will be self-serving, it will be judgmental. It will be a harsh and oppressive ruler in your life and potentially in the lives of others.

If the mind serves itself, it will be fundamentally competitive and destructive. It will always want more of what it thinks it wants and needs. Beyond meeting certain basic survival requirements, it will always want more. The more you want for yourself, the more you draw from the limited resources of the world, the more you deprive other people of their basic needs for survival.

So I will tell you all, that you cannot come up with a new idea, a new scheme or a new plan to resolve this fundamental problem without being heart-centered in your dealings. The Earth plane will no longer tolerate the low energetic signature of mind games. Only the awakened heart knows how to provide advancement, security and fulfillment for us. And only the awakened heart knows how to do this in such a way that it does not deprive others. And then and only then, your pursuit of safety, security and fulfillment will become beneficial for others because it is guided by the illuminated heart, your Divine Essence.

Your intellect, as creative as it is, cannot figure this out. It does not have this depth of wisdom. It is not connected to life sufficiently. It does not have the clarity and the comprehension to do this. That is because the mind is a vehicle of expression. Its source is the spirit, and the source of the spirit is the Creator of all life. Whether you are a religious person or not, whether you practice within a faith tradition or not, this is the fundamental reality of your life.

If you are unaware of the possibility of living from a fully illuminated heart, you will be constantly striving to get what you want and avoid what you don’t want, and you will be in constant judgment and frustration over the behavior and the thoughts of others and the condition of the world. And the end result is you will be nothing more than a consumer, and you will be adding nothing more to the world than more judgment and condemnation, adding to the fuel of conflict that is already raging here.

My prayer for 2011 is that I be used in the service of bringing the heart to the center of all matters... in business, in relationships, in the restoration of our Earth Mother and her children.

Ascension, Descension, Soul Star, Earth Star: getting to the root of the issue

We've been doing a series of workshops regarding the ascension process and the challenges evolving humanity faces as we wholly integrate "The Law of One" and move away from the need for duality as a learning tool. And, I think there is some real confusion as to exactly how the the ascension process unfolds. And, I'm pretty sure its because we would all prefer to focus on the higher chakras and meditate our way into spiritual bliss.

So I say this: Are you seeing that fat, out-of-shape body of yours? Feeling those insecurities and fears? Participating in the lack mentality rather than enjoying abundance? Focus on your root chakra. It will set you free!

OK, simply stated, the ascension process is the merging of the spiritual body and physical body into a fully integrated being of light. It has always been my understanding that this occurs most naturally when we are fully present in our bodies. It matters not that you have a crippled body, a healthy body, or one that has suffered from years of neglect and fast food. All that matters is that now, today, you begin to love that body unconditionally and honor it as a temple for your Spirit.

This naturally begins a process of housecleaning, detoxing, eating well, excersising, and getting grounded. It is no wonder that the most psychic and spiritually awakened peoples have always lived in cultures which live closely with and in harmony with the Earth and her cycles.

Ascension, the merging with your higher self, is created by a series of "descensions" of spirit. We call this "activating your Lightbody." Descension means that the eternal part of who you are in the upper dimensions, drops down and comes to reside in your physical body. So clean your house and put out the welcome mat!

Yes, tending to your physical body is an important key! As your body's cells gradually metabolize light energy, every cell of your being becomes inspired. This is spirit in action. Each descension (whether spontaneously or through energy work, crystal gridding, or applied sacred geometry) increases the amount of light you are holding in your molecular structure and physical cells.

As you activate, build, and integrate your Lightbody, you reorganize your molecular structure, allowing your body to be less dense and more free to express itself with the energy of the universe. Your Lightbody is actually a grid of light and sacred geometry that brings together your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. This body electromagnetically links your multidimensional self with the infinite universe. It connects you through high electrical currents that assist you in translating and manifesting your hidden talents and soul purpose, your inner knowing and Divinity.

The perfect form, or sacred geometry, of the Lightbody is also called the "Merkabah." This is an Egyptian word for the spinning field of light and unmnaifest potential that radiates from the human body as the star tetrahedron. The Merkabah is a geometrically precise field that is formed from the pattern of the first eight cells of the fertilized ovum or zygote. It is located at the root chakra. These eight cells provide the center point for all of the energy fields and grids that surround the body.

The Merkabah field is the matrix of creation. It is the Zero Point. It is the Oneness. It is the Divine blueprint from which your physical and subtle bodies are formed and from which your soul purpose is made manifest through your life’s journey.

It activates each cell to a specific resonance and reestablishes a higher connection with the creative Light of Mother/Father God. Sacred geometry transcends space, time and dimensions. Sacred geometry concerns the balancing and integration of the feminine and the masculine aspects of your being. The right brain or feminine side intuits unity consciousness and trusts feelings over the intellect. The left brain, the male side, sees duality everywhere, and wants proof as it perceives that feelings are not enough. As the polarities integrate, you begin to move into wholeness and the resonance of the Law of One.

With this Law of One, you bring an increased dimensional light and wisdom into your life, moving you closer toward ascension, and the joy of living here with the creative perspective once known only in the higher planes. So get yourself grounded, get present and happy in the physical, and your Spirit will soar!

Grounding the Lightbody as Part of the Ascension Process

As we raise our vibrations in preparation for creating the much needed and highly prophecised New Earth Reality, each of us are experiencing and integrating the natural shifts of our evolution in unique ways according to our spiritual understanding and karmic influences. We are in a process known as Ascension.

I hear from many people who have been expressing difficulty with feelings of being disconnected from their bodies, life, and other people. Many awakened people are experiencing very little joy and little ability to manifest in the physical. There are wondrous and beautiful changes are occurring on our planet and within our physical bodies just as there are also many systems and ways of being that are collapsing and nearing extinction. It is natural to grieve over losses even as we are celebrating new possibilities. But beyond that, there is also a real energetic disconnect happening which is resulting in a complete paralysis of the spirit. I'd like to address this short-circuitry.


The issues that so many are experiencing, as they work to raise their frequencies, manifest because the light and energy levels that the spiritual lightbody can hold are considerably higher than the physical body has been capable of processing. This can leave one feeling a deep separation between their body and their spirit as well as an inability to experience joy and peace from their bodies or manifest the simplest desires in their physical world.

As we raise the vibrational frequency of our spiritual selves, we must also do the same for our physical selves. Many people have the perception that the body’s frequency levels raise in unison but that is simply not the case. We must tend to, love, clear, nurture and activate our physical body the same as we do our spiritual body, chakras and energy fields. Proper nutrition, rest, time spent in nature and daily excercise are a must. 

As many of you know I have worked with wild dolphins for many years. These amazing creatures are  a the most precious source of holistic intelligence, joyful, loving, forgiving... and the message that I received most often in the Dolphin chanelling sessions over and over again is this: Bring back the joy, play! When we create from that energy we will indeed create Heaven on Earth.

And, although I've said it before, I'll say it again. We must remember what it is to PLAY with light. We won't be building anything of value as a fear-based reaction to our current circumstances. Now, even as the land is shaking, flooding, and burning all around us must we commit like never before to our physical presence in our bodies.

I'd like you to consider the Earth Star Soul Star Activation process. The Earth Star grounding component alleviates much of the  discomfort when there is an imbalance in your physical/ and spiritual body's frequencies. Ask yourself the following questions:

* Are you finding yourself depleted of energy and vitality?
* Are you experiencing little joy from your physical body?
* Are you unable to manifest/create your desires in your life?
* Do you find it hard to associate with others and prefer to be alone?
* Are you feeling unfocused or forgetful?
* Do you feel ungrounded no matter how much you work on grounding?

If you said yes to any of the above you are probably experiencing an imbalance in your physical/ and spiritual body's frequencies. The Earth Star grounding anchors your spiritual body (your lightbody) into your physical body and your physical body to the chakras of Mother Earth.

This connection is healing to the lower chakras so you can experience life, joy and love from a very present and physical perspective, manifesting and creating all that your Spirit wrapped itself in your physical body to exist in this dimension to accomplish.

Meditations on the teaching of Grandmother Spider, sacred geometry, ascension, the flower of life, and creation

"We re-connect with one another through the Flower of Life, seeing rings of light, streams of light, which are loving impulses. These move from one consciousness to the other.  Use these silver cords as a means of communicating and sharing your expansion with others..."


Although I  channeled this message a few years ago, I am just coming into resonance with the understanding of it now. At the time I was teaching Goddess Workshops and we were exploring the Flower of Life and the Web of Creation thru the teachings of Grandmother Spider...

One day I created a massive full spectrum grid with little pyramids and quartz points in the very intricate FOL pattern. I wove a web of consciousness. I sat in, it laid on it, meditated on it, dreamed in it, journeyed there in an amazing light. Then I took it apart. I intuited this full-spectrum light as an essence, which comes down and surrounds me like a tube, and I can also see it as surrounding entire groups when I am doing group work. As I connect with this beam of light, it is as if a vacuum is allowing my expansion to move into a higher dimension. I call forth a beam of light and connect myself to this etheric consciousness grid thru the silvery threads, my consciousness stream.

As I am moving through this experience, I begin by imagining myself in this etheric crystalline web. Although I am not in that dimension of existence, it is somewhere in the past for me, I created a light cord to connect to the energies. I remain unattached in the sense that I am not immersed physically or emotionally in the energies, only aware.  I am not pulled back into memory, but can I observe it ethericaly as energies, in my case color frequency.

For those of you who are working with the flower of life,  you also move into this space during your creation meditations, and allow yourself to connect with one or more of these "crystals" filled with light. Blend with whichever color or pattern you feel called to. For some it may be as you blend with this crystal, that it is activating something within you that you need to free yourself from in order to ascend dimensionally. It may be as if this is a part of yourself, which is now becoming more attuned, and in line with this higher energy.

From this space within the energy of the "crystals" in time you will be able to allow your consciousness to blend until you become the geometry and then finally the full-spectrum consciousness of that beam of light.

Move through the light until you have a sense of emerging from the light in a place in which you are pure consciousness. You will feel an upward pull, perhaps you will feel as you are being sucked upward, vaccuumed. Don't forget to breathe! From this perspective, you are able to re-connect the full aspect of your I AM presence.  Your consciousness is reaching out to even greater limits, and you reach the place in which there are no limits. You move into that space. Feel the greater radiance that is reflected through your expanded consciousness. You will feel this is the space between your heart and solar plexus at first and then it will move up. Take this time to truly feel and play and become aware of what this means to you. This may be a time for you to feel a sense of soaring; a sense of flying and dipping. Allow the joy and exaltation to be reflected in all that is you. There is no frustration because you have transcended the e-motion of the lower competing energies. 

This is an infinite space which is within your center, your zero-point. It is that part of us from which our essence came that very first time. It is that reflection of the All That Is. From this point of stillness, you move out, you move into that space in which the expansion goes even further out and beyond. You have a sense of knowing the completeness of the All That Is.

As you blend with the Goddess energy of Grandmother Spider become aware of that which is the soft, nurturing feminine. Somewhat of a smoothing off of the edges, circular and connective. You become aware of how this is blending more fully within all aspects of your life or lives. Your consciousness feels this expansion. It is able to take in and assimilate the ways in which it is shifting the energy throughout all aspects of your I AM presence as it radiates out from you.

Really observe the shift in this vibration. You will have a sense of moving at an even higher vibration as a result of this experience. From this space, be open to receive. Expand all of your senses, and from your inner eye, what do you see around you? Is there anything that you hear? Is there a scent or taste that you associate with this space. As you take all of this in and open your sense of knowingness, it all comes together. You feel a sense of completeness, a sense of completion of a cycle. Observe the many swirling energies as you remain in this space of joy or playfulness. You are the pure energy of the All That Is. Your essence is a reflection of the completeness of the blending with the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine. There is no distinction between the two, there is only one! Duality– poof!

Take this sacred oneness within all aspects of yourself, the energy of your consciousness.  Now put forth the intent  to create. You may choose to create that which you wish to have within your life, or you may choose to create an essence or an energy you wish to see upon the Earth plane as a whole. You begin within this space and completeness. You set forth your intent of that which you wish to manifest upon the physical plane. As you become very clear, you begin to realize that there are new perspectives or ideals which are born of the higher planes, and which are coming to light at this time. So now this too is infused within that which you are manifesting. You are creating Heaven on Earth.

Bring this clearly to mind that which you wish to bring back from this space in which you are creating. Have a sense of moving back along that thread between the dimensions that was created. You may have a sense of looking between the dimensions. You may have a sense of looking out towards the omniverse over the  grid. You become more aware of just how this light that is reflected by you is moving and expanding. It causes shifts to evolve. As you begin to move back along the thread to the center, you continue to remain in a place of expanded consciousness, but you can feel the subtle shifts in the dimensions.

Remember also that you are part of a group. You may see all the energies that are working together in this energy and space at this time. You are each on your own personal path, yet there are many others who share in this (experience) with you. You are each crystals in the grid, connections in the web. This sacred geometry takes on many different aspects and dimensions that are used to assist you as you move from one space to anther or to enhance all that is your experience. The circle of life, which is represented, by each one of you is moving in another direction, then again there is an energy flow  that you become aware of, how one energy works off the other energy, or enhances the other energy. This is the web of life. This is the teaching of Grandmother Spider, sacred geometry and creation.

Many of you are asking the question about personal ascension vs. the ascension of the mass consciousness via the ascenscion grid or Christ consciousness. So I do want to address this. Many different types of healing are coming thru the Divine Feminine now, and many people will attune to what is often called the Christed energy, which as you know is about wholeness, oneness,  loving, and expansion of the love within. Although there are many different portals that are opening at this time, that which is commonly called "the Christ portal", is focused towards those who are not Lightworkers. It is focused towards those who have not yet awakened. What will happen as a result of this is that all the many millions will not necessarily understand what is happening to them, but they will simply feel the outcome of having this greater amount of love and energy upon the earth plane. This will facilitate the awakening en masse, thru what is known as the Ascension Grid.

You are not responsible for anyone's awakening. Say it out loud!

Each Lightworker, like you, who goes through a personal ascension is creating around them and within them the energies of this process. What ascension means is consciously moving into that energy of the expanded awareness in this moment in time. You are opening to that place where you have the awareness of that completeness which is within you, you move through your days and live in this experience of awareness.

But each individual will move through their ascension process in their own way, it is completely individualized this a part of the joy and the uniqueness that is a part of the human experience. Some will NOT be conscious of it, but many will. What truly moves us forward and allows for this expansion to occur is each person's individual experience, because that is what ties in and expands with the whole, the strands in the web. Each time that these connections occur in different experiences, another thread is tied that is pulling along the rest of humanity.. .

Know that you are the essence of light and love.
Know that you are always loved and supported in all that you do.

Finding Your Place in the Universe

The ancients of all races sang and spoke of days gone by when all life existed harmoniously in love, light and peace. Myths and truths alike tell of a place where war, pestilence and disease were unknown, and man was in constant communion with the Divine. And today, throughout the world, many religious, spiritual, and metaphysically-aware people believe they are readying for another such experience, right now on Earth.

Scholars of science and religion, physics, and prophesy note that energies of change are already among us, noting particularly the disharmony and failures in relationships, governments, health, justice, education and religion. Look at the recent breakdown of global financial institutions, the advent of new forms of disease, and unprecedented weather patterns, and you may be inclined to agree. And, many agree that there is more to come as 3-D illusions are transformed into spiritual reality, all in divine order. The Universe, the living Earth, and our own Higher Selves are working in concert to ready this planet for ascension into the higher realms of consciousness known as the fourth and fifth dimensions. But please understand, ascension is not a time of doom and gloom! Ascension is about finding and claiming our place, as conscious and creative beings of love and light, in the unfolding Universe.

Metaphysical is defined as “beyond the physical or beyond physics, dealing with the nature of being." Metaphysical study deals with the exploration of what reality truly is. It suggests challenging and alternate ideas about reality than those generally held by the unaware. Metaphysics is a spiritual philosophy of life. I think it can more accurately be defined as a spiritual exploration, which focuses on discovering who you truly are – that is an eternal soul having a human experience. There need be no conflict with religious belief, an awareness of metaphysics simply allows you to expand your religious beliefs to grow and encompass more of what your soul is all about.

Metaphysics embraces and respects all religions and belief systems and is based on the underlying common belief inherent in all religions, which is that there is indeed a greater power than us. This conflict between religion, politics, relationships, the stress of physical life and the inner truth that is part of each human soul is where metaphysical counseling can be beneficial. As we enter the Photon Belt, we are entering into a very exciting time of spiritual transformation and evolutionary changes in human consciousness, just as we intended. We are waking up to our true nature as multi-dimensional beings. (You can google the words ascension and photon belt if you wish to explore these concepts in greater depth.)

All humans incarnated now into the third dimensional realm of Earth have done so to experience ascension into the higher realms of consciousness known as the fourth and fifth dimensions. We're learning to embrace transformation, rather than fear change.

It has been written that graduation from the third dimension to the fourth and fifth dimensions is quite simple if we follow the teachings of the Masters: walk and talk your life in love and forgiveness, and acknowledge and give gratitude to the Creator, Infinite Intelligence, the Mother/Father God of your perception. And, divest yourself of fear, for fear is food for the forces of darkness and it will continue to hold you captive if you do not. Unfortunately, in modern society, with so much indifference, poverty, disease, genocide, war, prejudice, crime and man’s inhumanity to man, it is not surprising that so many people doubt the existence of any Mother/Father God, and fear that survival of the fittest is the only reality.

So, as we get nearer and nearer to the Photon Belt and the incoming Christ Consciousness, our bodies, minds, and spirits will undergo major transformational changes. What is reality anyway? Practicing love and forgiveness, ceasing to judge, and eliminating fear are keys for finding out.

Sharing the Emerging Vision of Humanity's Collective Soul

What is the emerging vision of our time? I believe it's a vision that offers us a totally new concept of God as an energy field - a cosmic sea of being - as well as the creative consciousness or organizing intelligence of that sea or field, and a totally new concept of ourselves as belonging to and participating in that consciousness. It is a vision that recognizes the sacredness and indissoluble unity of the great web of life and imposes on us the responsibility to become far more sensitive to the effects of our decisions and our actions. It is the ancient, sacred vision.

This vision invites our recognition of the needs of the planet and the life it sustains as primary, with ourselves as the conscious servants of those needs. Above all, it is a vision that asks that we relinquish our addiction to violence and the pursuit of power; that we become more aware of the dark shadow cast by this addiction which threatens us with ever more barbarism, bloodshed and suffering, leading ultimately to the possible extinction of our species. An essential modern, holy vision.

It is the vision of love.

We have developed a formidable intellect, a formidable science, a formidable technology but what of the soul, the dimension of our deepest instincts and feelings? What of our visions, dreams and hopes as well as our deepest wounds and the suffering caused by our lack of compassion towards each other? What of our need for relationship with a dimension of reality invisible to our senses? The pressing need for the soul's recognition has brought us to this time of choice. Our self-created mortal danger is forcing us to take a great leap in our evolution that we might never have made were we not driven by the extremity of circumstance. As prophesized, as promised.

We are now poised for an immense opportunity for evolutionary advance, if only we can understand what is happening and why. We can choose whether to imitate the patterns of the past, continuing to live our lives in servitude to the power principle, however subtly expressed, or we can choose relationship with life, respect for life, love of life, and the immense effort of consciousness we need to make to understand and serve its mystery. After so many billion years of evolution, it is simply unacceptable that the beauty and marvel of the earth should be ravaged by us through commercial greed, the destructive power of our weapons or the misapplication of our science and technology.

Intuitive Counseling, Psychic Reading, Spiritual Healing... One Love

"What do you do for a living?"

Once upon a time, and just once, I replied that I was an ebay psychic. Of course the person who asked thought I was joking. But it was true. At the time, I was working with dozens of clients each week, all who were finding me on eaby, and I was using my psychic and intuitive skills to help them to become more aware of how their spiritual life (or lack of it) might be influencing the choices and challenges they were experiencing in their relationships, careers, and health.

I don't call myself "Madame Susabella" or dress in flowing robes, but I am what I am. My practice has long since grown past the confines of the ebay metaphysical community, although I do maintain a few listings there. And, my practice and on-line presence has taken several twists and turns along the way.

While I do offer psychic and tarot readings, I have turned my attention to the Tachyon field, and the application of sacred geometry to encode and program vibrations of thoughts and emotion with probable outcomes. Its sort of like embryonic stem cell research without matter! And yes, I use my psychic skills as part of the equation, in conjunction with an understanding of quantum physics, a healthy dose of faith in the structure of an intelligent universe and an appreciation of our human ability to intuit and create with that intelligence. So, I now simply say I am an intuitive counselor. Quantum physics is difficult to explain in a brief, casual encounter.

Although there is nothing wrong with being referred to as a psychic, the term itself has gotten a bit of a bad rap. I personally don’t mind the label psychic, as I see it as a natural ability that has become a valuable skill with years of study and practice, like any other talent be it musical, athletic, or artistic.

Because we are all psychic on some level this ability need not be looked at as if it is a mysterious talent. I think the change in labeling may be to create a distinction between those of us who are interested in helping others with our intuitive tools from the stigma attached from the scamming fortune tellers who call themselves psychic.

Not everyone uses their intuitive natures professionally to help others. Some of us that do are more comfortable being referred to as intuitive counselors or healers.

What’s the difference?
Someone who seeks a psychic may ask: “When will I meet my soul mate?”

A person consulting an intuitive counselor asks: “What can I do differently in my life to help attract a loving partner?”

Intuitive ability is a wonderful gift that offers healers such as myself the opportunity to better understand nature of the challenges their clients are suffering with. A skilled healer can sense and "read" the energy field of the person receiving the healing and provide healing equally effectively if the person is in the same room or across the world. There are many ways one might understand how this works. Much of our everyday experience involves the transfer of energy over long distances. In fact, satellite dishes are just one example. There are energies all about us traveling great distances in short amounts of time, including radio and magnetic waves.

From my own viewpoint, it is not necessary for the energy to “travel” anywhere as I am able to “see” the universe as being like a holograph, where the whole is contained in every part. Time and distance are only concepts which help define our “ordinary” third dimensional reality. The laws of nature which describe subtle energies in the higher dimensions are different than those which describe the denser frequencies including the physical body. As physics explores the layers of the structure of creation, phenomena become less and less localized.

Physicists describe a unified field. This is the field in which I work, actually an altered state of awareness in which the limitations of separation, of time and distance, me and you, and thoughts and forms have been transcended. It is oneness consciousness. Awareness itself, the one field of intelligence and “beingness” in which this whole phenomenal world is contained, is here and there, you and me. One love.
