How to welcome synchronicity – the rhythm of the cosmos – into your life
Sometimes things go exactly right. You might call it luck, or good karma, or coincidence. You could thank your guardian angel, the spirit of your ancestors, your patron saint, or lucky stars.
We all have our own anecdotal stories of synchronicity appearing in our lives. When we look at these amazing events on their own they are hard to understand, but often we can see an underlying pattern of small and large nudges we get from chance and luck and fate that we paid attention to. If we become conscious of what is happening around us we’ll see such gifts everywhere, and realize that synchronicity is always beckoning to us.
But first, we must trust that there is an energy in the universe that exists, and that "it" has a plan to use us to benefit our world. That trust has to be a deep trust. We must understand our spirituality from the perspective that our contribution expresses and manifests the purpose, the meaning, and the significance of our lives. It is our legacy of love. We must also understand that the answer to the question, "what IS my purpose?" lies not just in our intellect but in our heart.
Second, we must be prepared to notice when this energy gives us help, and be alert to the many ways it can operate. If we’re unaware of its methods we may stop noticing how it comes into our lives. If we’re ignorant we can’t work with what arrives in terms of opportunity. Plenty of people are waiting for their ‘big break’ but it is a waste of time. The big break only ever happens because there were a lot of little breaks first, ones that someone worked at with plenty of energy and trust.
Third, we must expect to be used by this synchronous energy in ways that seem to be counter-logical. The universe has a plan for our lives and we must learn to trust it and do our part. So we have to let go of ego expectations and rewards. There will be rewards, but they probably won’t be what we imagine. They’ll be better.
Deepak Chopra describes a tradition in the Vedanta where they say that you experience synchronicity when you have Ritam Bara Pragyan. Ritam is the word for rhythm, order of the universe; Bara means ‘full of’; Pragyan means ‘mind’. So Ritam Bara Pragyan means he whose mind, or she whose mind is filled with the rhythm of the cosmos. So when the elements and forces in you and the elements and forces in the cosmos are totally aligned, then in that expression, in that field of almost choiceless awareness, a little subtle intention orchestrates its own fulfillment. That little subtle intention, in that field where the elements and forces are aligned, summon forth the "possibility waves" to cohere together, to collapse into space time events that are synchronized so that the outcome is determined.
Getting into this place – the space of synchronicity – is not as simple as wishing for something and then expecting it to appear. It involves aligning with the energies of the cosmos and seizing our opportunities to grow into compassion. After all it is the compassionate universe that is at the heart of synchronicity.
Seeing our own anger, for example, can lead us to think again about whether anger is even necessary. Usually it isn’t. Thinking in this way will inevitably cause us to have compassion for others’ anger. Noticing our own longing can make us more open and generous to those who are in the grip of greed and desire. Witnessing how we dislike others can lead us back to love, and to loving those who are stuck in the place of hatred. We forgive them, and at the same time we forgive ourselves. Then we can let go of those negative feelings.
Getting free of all these ego-demands is all we need to do if we are to welcome synchronicity fully into our lives. My gift is my ability to assist awakening people to access the wisdom of their compassionate essence which resides in the heart. Source has given you an awareness, a consciousness within your heart which is your own source of inner wisdom, a knowing when synchronicity is beckoning to you.
This consciousness is not like your intellect. It is not constantly thinking, planning, remembering, imagining, and so forth. It is more of a feeling, an awareness, a state of being connected to everything in the universe. When you get aligned with it and stay with it, and trust it you'll be able to use it.
You can call it luck, or good karma, or coincidence.
I call it the miracle that is our life on Earth.
May you be blessed!

Headline News
I've decided I am going to choose my own headlines from now on.
Although I always wake up happy and excited to greet the day, by the time I have scanned the headlines of the morning news, read my emails, and returned a few telephone calls I realize I have already become negatively affected by the sufferings of the day. Flooding. Fires. War. Recession. Lost Dogs. Sick Children. Insensitive Jerks. Arrogant Bullies. With just a bit of exposure I can quickly feel tired and drained – both physically, mentally, and emotionally – even after a good night's sleep.
We all have a certain amount of chi, or life force energy, that is ours by nature of our karma, our spiritual practices and life habits including diet, exercise and environment. But that life force can get used up pretty quickly if we allow our emotional responses to dictate its stewardship. As an empath, when I get caught up in the drama and illusions of the world stage it is very easy for me to end up without the energy I need to work and play.
We all tend to see the world through the emotion we happen to be feeling. If you are exposed to the feelings of sad, or angry there is a good chance that the world will seem that way to you. Everyone has unhealed emotional wounds that open and weep when the world touches them. And this disease spreads when left untreated.
The cure? Forgiveness.
We really can heal all emotional wounds by forgiveness... of ourselves, our parents, family, friends, our systems and nations, and everyone who has wronged us. When you have forgiven you'll no longer have any emotional reaction to like-persons or to events which trigger the emotions that feed it. Forgive but don't forget, wisdom is learned only by experience.
But the moment anything happens in my life that is challenging to my balance, or generating an emotional response in which I am losing power, moving into fear, I pause and ask, “What did I do to create this opportunity to grow. What is the lesson here. What do I need"?
Knowing that fear is "my needs announced" usually, when I ask that question, the answer comes pretty quickly and easily. I run down my fears, doubts, concerns... identify my victimization, my open wound, and recenter in forgiveness and gratitude for the lesson. This recharges me. Instantly.
I have learned that I am a co-creative force in the universe, and that when I get clear about what I actively create, I experience harmony and peace. It all comes down to perception. Am I looking at life from the viewpoint of empowerment or victimization? If I see myself as a victim of circumstances, I have decided that someone or something else has the power, and I am helpless.
When I stand in a space of confidence and assuredness, I see everything as an opportunity to learn and expand.
I am willing to take responsibility for my life and stop looking outside of myself for reassurance that everything will be all right. I absolutely knows that I am in charge of my experience, and therefore I can choose to be all right no matter what is happening around me.
I take a deep look at my beliefs around being powerless in the moment and I realize that is a lie. I can always choose to live from a place of deep peace and profound joy.
"I release anything that does not serve my higher good. I focus on what is working in my life. As I do, I draw even more good things into my life."
It's a choice. Spread the news.
May you be blessed!

Exploring the Shadows of Compasssion
{EAV_BLOG_VER:198979ad716f0146}
My attention was turned to the concept of compassion. Webster’s dictionary defines compassion as, "Deep awareness of the suffering of another coupled with the wish to relieve it; pity."
Hmmm... that didn't "feel" quite right to me. So I sat with it for a moment...
OK, compassion is an emotion: a feeling in motion, therefore it is a tool for moving forward. But as all tools, it can be used in a positive or negative manner. Yes, fire can cook soup for your loved ones or burn your enemy's house down.
It really bothered me that Webster uses the term pity when defining compassion, because Webster defines pity as, "a feeling of sorrow that inclines one to help or to show mercy." Well, yes, mercy is often a motive for rescuing another from pain. And we have been taught that mercy is good. Yet, from a higher perspective, pity and mercy are seen as terms that define someone who is a victim, not a perfect soul...
I could feel Aha moment about to root.
I have come to feel that pity is an active form of judgment with the suffering of another being judged as "bad." So with this in mind, can it be that compassion has become also a tool of judgment, twisted in its teaching and application to add to our collective suffering? Have we been bamboozled by believing we were helping? Moment sprouting, reaching for light...
I am reminded of a quote, "Don't let the hand that holds you hold you down."
It won't if we understand compassion as a deep awareness of the suffering of another without the need to relieve it, feeling total appreciation for its value; a state of non-judgment.
This is tricky, really tricky I know, because we have to stretch our minds to embrace another point of view that is quite foreign to us The thought that someone’s suffering can have a value is not normal thinking in our world. But, it is the kind of thinking we have been taught that God does. “God is compassionate, God is unconditionally loving.” We hear those words, and believe them, and yet do not comprehend how to reach those states of consciousness. But, how do we get to the level of unconditional love and compassion?
The blossom: We must move into the realm of non-judgment, leaving pity behind.
To become truly compassionate we must suspend all judgment of the actions, or conditions, of another. We must be aware of those actions, how painful they are and at the same time realize that they have a value and that value pertains to the role they play in facilitating our spiritual growth as souls. It has been said by many teachers that we are souls having a physical experience. We are souls who have come to earth to partake of the greatest opportunity for soul growth.
Why is it a great opportunity? Because Earth is a "free will zone" meaning that there are no limits on creative expression of light and dark. It has also been said that we are creator gods and goddesses and therefore we create our own realities. So if we are souls that are also creator gods/goddesses, and we are incarnate on earth to create in order to learn and grow from what we create, I think that we find those lessons most often in the shadows, in the creations which include both light and dark.
It’s true that our dark creations are the ones that cause us pain. I don’t think anyone will dispute that. But, as we who have evolved a bit know, we learn the most from our painful experiences. And in fact, it is out of the shadows that we grow: not from our light manifestations but into them. Our light manifestations are the rewards we create for ourselves for creating, experiencing and learning from the dark days.
Hmmm... that didn't "feel" quite right to me. So I sat with it for a moment...

Our light manifestations are the rewards we create for ourselves for creating, experiencing and learning from the dark days.
When we pity someone we state by our action that what they are experiencing is bad and therefore negative. As souls and creator gods/goddesses, there is no right or wrong, just expressions of polarity and all of those expressions have value. We need to remain non-judgmental, allowing all expressions of creation to just be... non-judgmental, allowing and unconditionally loving as manifestations of the Divine.
So, dare to explore the depths of our creation. Do not hide or run from what we have created. No matter how dark, ugly, disgusting and painful that creation is, we must realize that not only are we responsible for it because it is part of All That Is, and we find must value in it as a learning opportunity. We must bless the depths and say, "thank you."
I have found that many Lightworkers are either not aware that they need to do this or are unwilling to do it. They believe that by not looking at the dark, not researching and investigating the "official story" being given, that they are doing the right thing... in other words, they are not adding fuel to the fire by responding in anger or feeling the need for restitution. On one hand they are correct, but what they are missing is that they are not doing anything to counterbalance the event.
I have had many conversations with well-intentioned Lightworkers, informing me that they are staying centered in the love no matter what and therefore, are not acknowledging the dark thinking... and that if they don’t acknowledge the bad and the ugly, it will go away. I can tell you if it did, I would be the first in line to do it. But you know me, if it's rotten and it stinks, I'm going to poke it with a stick until I learn my lesson!
Yes, my friends, my first step is to know the extent of the actions of the dark, however they manifest. It’s not fun and, in fact, it can very painful. Some of what I have discovered and uncovered turns my stomach and hurts my feelings but I would rather have these things happen than to be naïve. Knowledge is power. When we know what we are up against, we can do something about it. We are empowered. We have choice.
Once we know the extent of the dark, we can then move to the next step: transmutation. This is where our higher dimensional creator tools come into play. We cannot transmute the pain, anger, revulsion and disgust into compassion unless we have a tool that enables us to see their value. We did not choose to be here on earth at this time without a tool that would enable us to successfully complete the mission!
As creator gods/goddesses we take this tool and transmute the energies of our dark creation. We go right ahead and feel and express the anger, revulsion, etc., and move them up through our lower charkas, through our heart and into our high heart where they are transmuted. Once there, we hold them in our high heart while we look for their value, we move into gratitude for the teachings they provide. At the same time we release them with appreciation along with those who played the roles to trigger those feelings in us. At that point, we feel compassion and we are compassionate. We are also now doing what we really came to earth to do!
As Lightworkers we understand that we must now create an alternate reality to the previous one. We must create a reality that not only counterbalances the dark but also takes us to the next level in our learning. So, we invest time in transmuting all the dark energies from our current creation, using every drop of darkness to use as fuel that we transmute to energize our new reality, and our next steps. We step out of the shadow and use the tool of true compassion to move our world to an even higher state of consciousness. Unconditional Love.
May you be blessed!

High Frequency Heart Meditation 528 Hz
Worthwhile! Be aware this might bring some "stuff" up to the surface. Stay with it without judgement and try to breathe thru any resistance. Total time is about 7 minutes. Best with head phones viewed full screen. Allow another 20 minutes or so for integration, as an observer.

Finding Your Balance, Riding the Wave
Everything is going my way!
Wait, this is too good to be true...
Crash.
(And just when you were wondering how everything got to be so good...)
When you're riding along on the crest just say "no" to the tendency to get scared and wonder if something is going to come along and throw you off that wave and dump you head first onto the shore. Because as you focus on that fear, well, you create that very opportunity to spit out a bit of sand. Why? To teach you to stop it!
Because just as that little voice of negative self-talk chimes in with "I know it can't last," or "when everything starts to go well, something always comes along to spoil it," or even better, "Who do I think I am, I don't deserve all this!" we lose our balance. We come out of our center (our heart, our passion, our spirit) and lean toward fear.
Whatever the belief you're working through, it overrides everything good that comes your way, and even though we do deserve the success, happiness, joy, and abundance, this is where we crash. This is where you allow self-sabotage in your life just to prove to yourself that you are right about the core beliefs you identify with. (And learn that these barriers have been placed by your own hands.)
So, why is it that we think that we should hold only a certain amount of happiness or success…or love?
Why do we convince ourselves that riding the wave, and having a good, long ride is not possible (or maybe not even allowed?)
We constantly attract the people and situations that reflect our own interior state of being in order to release those limiting thoughts and move toward pure joy.
So the next time you're spitting out the sand, ask yourself:
1. What am I doing to draw this to my life?
2. What is the lesson I need to learn from this situation so that I do not have to repeat it?
Your life is purely a mirror of yourself-talk. Every single moment of peace, chaos, happiness, sadness, miracles and explosions are of your own divine creation. And, they are all reflections of your beliefs, your conscious and unconscious thoughts, the things you are aware of and the things you choose not to see or believe about yourself. And this negative voice – the one that tells you your are about to come crashing off the joy ride and holds all of the lies that you have been told about yourself or chosen to believe – drowns the light filled truth that you really are.
It is time to get out of your head and to stop rationalizing and to move into your heart and open it up and embrace all your widest passion-filled aspirations. It is time to move past the untruths, insecurities, and misdirected loyalties. It is time to paddle out to that big wave and stand in trust, in love, balanced with forgiveness and compassion, and ride with reckless abandon! Fearless and free!
May you be blessed!

Projecting Judgement: The Mind, The Ego, The Spirit, and The Light
In meditation this morning I kept seeing a ‘projector’ in my mind. I assumed it was being given to me as a symbolic message as part of a reading I was preparing for. I do see a beam of light as a metaphor often, but my attention was focused on the wheels and gadgetry of the thing. So I decided to explore the prompt to investigate what I was really looking at... the machine.
The machine... with the ability of streaming internal images (or ideas) out and onto something (or someone) else... and I started to think about people as living, breathing projectors.
Everyone one of us is a being of light with the ability to shine that light out as an emanation of who and what we are...
But machines are cold, programmed and tooled...
And I "heard" the word judgement. Now, I've been aware of myself watching ideas of justice and judgement playing themselves out in the world and national news, in pop-culture and media, and recently spilling into the mini-dramas of day to day interactions. I've been aware of callous comments, negative attacks, calls for condemnation and the consequences of jumping to judgements. It's a word that has been rattling around in my consciousness...
Oh... Projecting Judgement! Judgment is a big idea with an immense base of power because judgments have the ability to alter realities, and very quickly. That makes them attractive! Judgements send strong currents of energy which affect individuals, communities, and indeed even nations. But judgements are subjective, and they are an illusion. They are projections of the mind, and not the spirit. And they do not really serve as surrogates for the justice we might desire, but rather, judgements act as jailers of the emotions and vulnerabilities within ourselves which keep us in the chains of denial, fear, and separation from each other.
And certainly, judgements keep us out of the light.
A person being judged will certainly react in some way. Depending on the awareness of the individual it might be with reflection... judgement may spark compassion and a blessing from the heart. But often judgement produces a physical, verbal, and/or emotionally charged reaction fitered through the mind or ego... and the need to defend or deny, or blame, or apologize, or retaliate... or meditate.
The judgment will also impact the speaker. If they become conscious of what they are really saying, their awareness will allow for growth and positive change within themselves. However, if they cannot become conscious, the behavior and/or person they are judging will become increasingly aggravating and intolerable to them. Of course the more ‘heat’ there is in the judgement, the more spirit is calling for inner reflection. And please don't judge THAT as a bad thing!
When I catch myself proclaiming a judgement, I ask myself:
• How powerful is this person over me that she/he generates such a fearful response in me?
• Why have I given away my own power in this situation?
• What frame of mind am I coming from?
• What is the self-talk that speaks within me?
Back to the projector. Remember, it is a machine that reflects outwardly the "image" that has been placed inside of it, just as we project outwardly the image we hold of ourselves within. Now take that one step further:
• What is that image?
• Who placed it there?
• What is my true essence?
• Am I projecting that?
We usually project outwardly what we are thinking/feeling about ourselves. And we are usually projecting fear about our own perceived shortcomings when we project a judgement, and that is merely a mechanism of the ego machine. The conditioned mind, not the light that we are.
Truthfully we can only see in another what we can find in ourselves. For some people, this concept will be intriguing and allow an openness to test and investigate! It will begin a path toward inner knowing, self reflection, healing, and growth. Why? Because you will begin to discover your patterns of behavior. Only in consciously knowing about something can you consciously change it.
For others this concept will be upsetting. It might be more comfortable to go into denial about some of the judgments you have. So then, just become aware of the judgments that others have. Are they judging behaviors and manners that they have enacted themselves? Just be an observer for now…
It is natural and prevalent in human nature to comment on what is outside of us. However, it is of our spiritual nature to remain within ourselves, within our own individual experiences where our individual lessons and opportunities for growth await our discovery. When we step into someone else’s world, and judge their experiences…we are in essence giving away our own power to something that can not serve us and will, in the end, only weaken our experience.
Every time I find myself involved with the happenings of another, their reactions, conflicts, and drama… I try to become instantly aware of the amount of my own energy that is getting usurped. I realize that I am using energy that could be better spent directed to my own needs, wants, desires, dreams, and manifestations. I measure very carefully what I'm willing to give away.
We can all work on our projections! Take a breath, and realize in that moment that you were about to take time away from yourself and give up an opportunity for self-awareness. Take that time back to tinker with the gadgetry of your projector, and in that moment, bring the fragments of your light back into focus so that you can fully see the picture of beauty within yourself. Bring your true essence back into focus. Then go ahead and project that love!
May you be blessed!

Yes, You can go home again!
Yes, you can go home again!
The phrase, "You can't go home again" comes at the end of the story... when protagonist George Webber realizes, "You can't go back home to places in the country, back home to the old forms and systems of things which once seemed everlasting but which are changing all the time — back home to the escapes of time and memory..."
“You can’t go home again” has entered our speech to mean that after you have left your backwater town for a sophisticated metropolis, you can’t return to the narrow confines of your previous way of life, and, more generally, attempts to relive the old days will always fail.
Wrong, George, you are mistaken.
Rewind to 1997. As a newly-minted Reiki Master I was blessed with a vibrant local practice which included teaching, a growing clientele, a well-respected voice on several prestigeous Alternative and Integrative Medicine Boards, and a retail line of quality aromatherapy oils, salts, Feng Shui cures and hand crafted soy and coconut oil soaps that I offered to my clients at office visits. I was intuitive, helpful, and appreciated.
From this practice I entered the non-profit arena with the dream of doing really good work, I wrote grants, became a keynote speaker for hire, and founded a holistic wellness center for at-risk kids and their families. I networked with Juvenile Justice, Mental Health Providers, and the Health Education Network. I had the Midas Touch. I was careful to stay academic, scientific, using best-practice protocols, and results-oriented strategies yet creativity and abundance flowed. Life was good.
Then I had this recurring dream that I should offer my psychic services on ebay. First the dolphins came to me. Then my grandmother. Then Abraham Lincoln (I kid you not). But he got my attention. Working as a professional out-of-the-closet-psychic seemed to be too far of a stretch for this business woman working with kids, the courts, the MDs...
Too out there. But the dreams found their way into conversations, converstations into experiences, experiences into referrals, referrals into a full-time occupation. I was a professional psychic. I knew there was a huge metaphysical marketplace on ebay. I put up a listing for a Motherpeace Tarot Reading. Just as Abe suggested. I was booked weeks out within the month.
I was incredibly busy, and profitable. I supported international relief organizations, funded sustainable living initiatives in third world countries, spent months studying with indigenous elders and working with dolphins. I saw fewer and fewer local clients, and instead offered distance healing modalities which could be purchased online. I added my oils, salts and soaps... textiles, enegeticaly-enhanced jewelry, channeled art. More readings, and courses of metaphysical study and private counseling. Oshun Spirit Dancing!
Life was very, very, good!
Fastforward to 2010. With several online storefronts, and a greatly expanded product line and scope of services, a dotcom, a dotnet, and a bead business... I spent my days tweeting, posting, optimizing, adding attributes, keywords, and all the while struggling to work around and finally troubleshoot the horrific functionality issues of a start-up venue I had invested way too much time and effort in... I wasn't living my dream any more.
I was compromising my ethics, my integrity, my Spirit. I was caught in a web. And, I wasn't having fun. So I packed up the tent and put the goods in the wagon. And I went home.
Home is a beautiful lakeside community tucked between Lake Winnipeasukee and Lake Wentworth and the White Mountains of New Hampshire. I left the sophisticated metropolis of ecommerce and analytics and the failed shipping profiles which I abandoned and left rusting at a ranch in the valley and went home to my Adirondak-style lodge on the lake. (Yes I walked through the valley and feared not the evil!)
I came home to the local non-profits, the programs for kids, family services, the conservation organizations, and the education network. I offered my experience, my creativity, my abundance... and the bead business.
I had some fun. I made some bracelets. I reconnected with my roots, and I raised thousands of dollars for my little backwater community in just a few weeks. I had fun. I shipped nothing... instead, reaching across the table I'd press a bracelet into a human hand, send a little spark of light, and whole-heartedly say, "thank you, wear it in good health and in happiness."
I remembered who I am. I remembered what I do. Oshun Spirit Dancing!
And I'm booked several weeks out.
May you be blessed!

NEW! Fifth Dimesion Resonance Deep Meditation Aromatherapy Oil
What's going on?
I don't know!
But, it really does not matter that my brain (or yours) can comprehend the workings behind the scenes (multi-dimensionally I might add) that are supporting the future of Mother Earth and Her inhabitors. In my heart, I know that all that is required of us is that our hearts, minds, and wills are willing to align with the Divine to co-create a peaceful world where harmony links us lovingly together as one. As best we can.
I am consciously participating in humanity’s evolution, and my own. As a witness to all that is occurring, I also spend time in meditation visualizing myelf as a fearless bearer of positive, life-affirming change. I have seen that my spiritual mind has the tremendous ability to expand beyond its human incarnation's limitations. In meditation, I am able to access the wisdom, knowledge and connections of life itself and continue to be amazed at the generosity and unconditional love of Creation. I feel myself in the presence of awesome creativity and I experience myself as the creative expression of life transforming my humanity into my divinity. I embrace the spiritual freedom to create Heaven on Earth.
This awareness, after 25 years in deep meditation... study, and prayer.
I know that it is possible to consciously attain and physically become aware of my fifth-dimensional energetic signature while still embodying a third-dimensional form. And, I've been blessed with the inspiration and ability to create a tool for deep meditation in resonance with this present moment, the ascension of humanity.
Fifth Dimension Resonance Oil is blended with Patchouly, Sandalwood, and Frankincense, born in a geometric grid of Selenite, Kyanite, Luvulite and Moldavite, and the deep meditation that took me decades of practice to attain.
Humanity, as a civilization, is evolving because Earth is attaining her fifth-dimensional resonance within our solar system and galaxy. Through the power of sacred geometry, I have consciously participated in my own evolutionary expansion and physiological transformation. This is a process, ever changing, that requires a disciplined practice to engage in as the electromagnetic energies flooding the Earth are changing every day. This oil is my gift to you, my purpose after all!
Where are we going? Again, I'm not sure. But one of the benefits of the journey is that we will arrive there finally free of fear, full of unconditional loving, understanding the meaning of life, and easily accessing the abundance of the universe.
I'm sure the optimum outcome for us all is to facilitate the development of a new civilization of Peace on Earth, created by souls that are in harmonic resonance with the planet upon which they reside. I have hope! Let it begin with me, and you.
The Fifth Dimension Resonance Oil will be ready on April 4, and will be available in limited quantity at Oshun Spirit Earth Friendly Goods www.oshunspirit.net, and Oshun Spirit at Bonanzle, www.oshunspirit.com. If you would like to notified when it becomes available, or pre-purchase at $15/2 dram bottle (limit 3), please contact me at suberry@metrocast.net
May you be blessed!
